Went back today for the 7th time to get my refund.
Bought a Medium Nike trouser and when I got home saw it was an XXL.
They say they can't refund me... There is no money.

Never recieved my order and never got any word back from the company when i was emailing them! AVOID AVOID

I went there to sign my new account contract on the 7th of August and the 8th I went back to ask them to ammend the contract for me as there were many things I dissagreed with they told me it was impossible and they did not know what all those monies I had to pay was for they told me to go back where I opened the account. I went to sammy marks today it did not even take 5minutes to ammend the contract I am not happy with totalsports Irene mall if sammy marks could do it why couldnt they? Today was my off day to rest I had to go to sammy marks to do something that dint eben take 5min...

Over three months ago I bought a Chelsea uniform for my son since 16.03.2025.
Today is 27.05.2025, I still don't have the item, they just take the money and no response, I have sent so many emails….

Please please do not buy any thing from them, I know their cheap compare to others but pointless because the steal your money

I ordered and paid for a personalised footy kit for my Grandaughter in March . Now been emailed twice saying it will be with you next week and still no kit ?.
8weeks now and still nothing .Absolute disgusting service.

On February 22nd 2025 I ordered a personalised football kit for my grandson's birthday.
It arrived today, May 12th 2025!
His birthday has been and gone and such bad service means I will shop elsewhere in future.

Only rating 1 star because can not rate 0 absolutely disgusting service I ordered my son a personalised football kit for his birthday on the 17th January haven’t received it I have one disappointed 8 year old. They don’t reply to emails don’t order from here this company is a scam!!!

Ordered a kit for my grandson on 12 November: got a response 9 days later then another email on 28 November saying order had been dispatched. When it hadn’t arrived by 13 December emailed company who said they’d issue a replacement which would be with me by the end of the following week.
Well guess what! No kit so no present for my grandson. No response to my email requesting a refund either
Do not buy from this company!!

They offer very poor service when returning things online, they're quick to pick up the parcels but fail to make a refund...Raees has been sending me emails that he will assist me but till date, no payment has been made...and worst of all, he no longer respond to emails, and I'll never stop.

Company is a scam! Ordered my daughter a liverpool kit with her name on it for her 12th birthday. Never came! You can't call them as the phone number is missing a digit and the only email response I've gotten is an update of status to dispatched! I now have to go buy the kit from somewhere else and can't get my money back!!!

Ive always been a fan of totalport Ts tracsuits but this time your tracsuits are the worst quality ever they make balls carry waiste I feel you guys used the cheapest fabric to make this tracsuits I feel like I just waisted my my money Im extremely unhappy I won't advice anyone to buy them they nothing compare to the ones of 2022 and 2024 I could have gotten a pair from the Indians stores instead

Yoh customer service of total sports mall at Lebo it's nonsense yoh it's one cashier we have been standing on Que for almost an hour yoh whenever she calls for authorization the manager takes her time it's unbearable

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Tried contacting them via email and telephone but to no avail. Ordered an arsenal kit with my son's name on the back for his 5th birthday on 12/09/23. I've had no response at all and one very disappointed 5 year old. Do not use this company it's a scam!!

I called Total sports in Woodlands looking for soccer boats for my son. Firstly I was impressed with Sinah Shabalala answered the professionally and sounded like a real Assistant. She checked and find the right size for my son and she put them aside for me until I sent someone as I was unable to to come by myself . For the fact that he found the right size and she was patient with me when it comes to brand . Thanks for her service , she is a keeper . Best of the best .

I believe this site and TOTALSPORTS UK are one in the same. Ordered a childs football kit (07/10/2022) which did not arrive, they said that they will send a replacement, later said they would make a refund which of course has not happened. Company belived to be in Far East and are scamming many people around the world possibly. They reply to emails but do notjhing to put things rightDO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - you won't get your goods or your money back

Ordered a kit on the 4th dec for my granddaughter. Still not arrived. Emails being responded to with one sentence answers with no apology or acknowledgment of my issue. & phone number going thru to answer phone.
