I ordered some shoes for my daughter after a month of not receiving them I emailed as the tracking never changed once I emailed it changed to delivered, but I never had them. Emailed the website a few times with no reply. I’m now on the 5th email to the tracking company after nearly 2 months of waiting i have now asked for a full refund, and if I don’t hear from them I will be taking it further. What a joke. DONT ORDER FROM THEM.

Horrible experience. Took over a month to have shoes delivered. They run super small so I decided to return for a refund. I was never sent an invoice via email or within the box delivered. Trying to get a return via their website or email was like getting blood out of a stone. Took 3 weeks for them to tell me what was needed for a return. Turns out I couldn’t return because they didn’t give me an invoice. Honestly their customer service is atrocious. Worst ever.

Trash. I would never EVER recommend this site to no one as cute as the shoes are. First of all every shoes is expensive, plastic and come with NO dust bag. So you shoes arrive already covered in nasty dusty stuff.
Second there is NO CUSTOMER service. They just send you the same repetitive email with no real response. No phone to contact anyone.
Third I exchanged and ordered on 9/4 for a smaller size and here we are on 9/25 with no exchange order. I have contacted them several times. They just keep sending me the same email that is could take UP TO 14 days. UP TO not guarantee you’re going to hold my order for a whole month!!! This is ridiculous. I would never ever recommend this over priced website to anyone ever!! Save you money and sanity. This sh!t is a complete rip off!! 10/10 NEVER RECOMMEND!!

Absolutely terrible company. Looks like I’ve been scammed! Ordered shoes on 14th August. Emailed via the online contact form asking to cancel my order within 10 mins of ordering after reading the reviews I panicked. They took the money out of my account anyway. I have emailed numerous times now with no reply. My order is still saying pending on their website. I have had no emailed confirmation of the order or correspondence from them at all. Website suggests company is based in Uk, however the transaction on my bank account suggests it is international. Shoes were for school shoes, had to buy other ones from elsewhere so have now paid for 2 pairs. Still no shoes from this company and no refund or reply. Absolute joke! Will now go ahead and file this with my bank as fraudulent company

Ordered on the 18/7/23, emailed them on 11/08/23 to ask for a refund as they would not be here in time they replied saying there would be a deduction, I indicated that I paid full I want it back in full which was then agreed! I still haven’t received the refund and they are now ignoring my emails. AVOID!!!

For the delivery and the company self I am afraid I am a bit puzzled.Product arrived after a month and I honestly thought this was a scam…finally I managed to receive it but I think you should be warned about waiting time. I do think they should really specify that on their website especially because they kept on sending me tracking links that I could not view.

How is this site still operating??? Established scam and my payment through PayPal was immediately refunded. The 4/5 star reviews must be by the scammer himself.

If could give zero stars I would. Due to doing some frantic last minute online shopping I didn't do my due diligence of researching the site as I normally would.
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes after coming across the brand on Urban Outfitters. I received a none branded scarf. I contacted the company's customer service (auto4@vmcustomers) and the email bounced back so I emailed back the receipt address (mailbox@officecustomer and would always show as Success ID. XXXX etc ). I proved to the them I received a scarf, they offered me a 40% refund and to keep the scarf or 100% refund if I return it to them. I essentially told them no in a series of back and forth emails to which they were urged me to reconsider the 40% refund due to expensive return fees and long deliveries. They eventually sent me their returns details which didn't match the address I managed to find when I peeled back my delivery own details on the original package (completely different district - Shanghai). The delivery details they sent me incase anyone is interested:

I have since contacted my bank and found that they had actually over charged me but I didn't notice due to the stresses of getting everything ready for the holiday and had bought multiple things over multiple accounts (different accounts have their different privileges etc). The charge showed up on my account as EPL*RENSEDIPTY.
Please be vigilant, take that extra few minutes to do the research and learn vicariously through myself and others and save yourself the stress. I am awaiting my bank to investigate and fingers crossed I will get my full refund.

My product was returned to the sender due to lack of address, but I filled in my address when I made my account on the website... I already know that I will not receive either the product or the refund. Not to mention the terrible customer service, I sent several emails and they never answered me!!!!!!!

Ignored for a week without communication and my package still hasn’t shipped. Asked for a refund and they told me to wait and they want to ship it instead. I asked specifically for a refund 4 different times now and they keep telling me they’d rather ship them. Do not buy from them.
