Return policy is ridiculus. I do not care if i have to pay for a return, but a return for an item that costs 37euro and 5 euro to receive it, but when you have to return it you are on your own to handle the return that would cost 40-70 euro that is not right. They should have to handle the return and charge an amount that is similar tho the amount that you pay to receive it. (5-10 euro). I got a a shoe pair that was smaller than i calculated. Now the return would cost me more than the cost to buy a new one. Ofcourse i will buy elsewere.

I purchased the Telfar Jellies to match the Telfar Jelly bag & they are very uncomfortable. I chalked it up the the fact that they were a collab & was willing to give Melissa another shot but when I went online after seeing some really cute shoes pop up in a promo email there was NOTHING available in my size! I literally filtered by size 11 & there was ONE shoe…It is really disheartening to see cute shoes that do not come in my size which is very common. I happen to be blessed with long legs & feet to match but it doesn't seem like Melissa has ANY selection for me or other people who have larger feet. I think they’re missing out on a large demographic by not having shoes up to a 12 in sizes. As mentioned before I do have a pair of the Telfar jellies that match my Telfar bag but now l am assuming those sizes were larger because Telfar is "for everyone" which is their motto & they make things specifically in larger sizes but I would love it if Melissa took a page out of their book.

They withdrew the money straight away while not shipping the shoes for almost 2 weeks. When I called them, the person who answered the phone was quite uninterested. Later they finally provided a shipping number, but GLS returned the parcel to sender, because of uncomplete address, despite me having filled out my complete address in the profile. They would not answer my calls anymore and it just rang out. I contacted my bank, after having checked the reviews for the UK part of this site, reporting them for fraud, and the bank transferred my money back.
