Ordered

Ordered , never got confirmation how long it will take , then it stalls from step to step .

Still waiting for tracking info to appear , got a number but it's not showing up with an estimated date .

Took too long to receive

By my review for am apparel is it took me over 2 months to get my item I kept being told different times and dates the pants I ordered are good its just the wait for them that was unusual

I ordered and received a pair of…

I ordered and received a pair of sneakers here in Australia. On receipt of the shoes I noticed the size I ordered was far too big. Contacted AM Apparel to exchange for a smaller size, and a friendly staff member happily obliged.
The offer was not only to send me the right size at no extra cost, even though I was prepared to pay for return postage, but I was told that I can keep the first pair as well.
Having shopped online for many years, I have not had such good service and offer. Well done AM Apparel; I have told my Aussie friends about you, and will continue to due so.

Unsatisfied customer

I asked for express shipping, and after 2 weeks, my product never came. After I inquired via email about my package, it was canceled with no justification.
