I put the wrong postcode on my delivery…
I put the wrong postcode on my delivery and obviously it got delayed and was not delivered but returned to sender. Henry was very supportive and did reissue a new print without me having to repurchase. It arrived late but through no fault of Travel Co Shop. Not a big fan of Evri however, found them difficult to communicate with them.

We’ve checked tracking and can see it was dispatched 10 days ago, however looks like it’s been caught up in Royal Mail strikes. Should it not arrive next week in time for Christmas just let us know and we’ll of course refund you in full and take up with Royal Mail our side. Thanks for your order, Henry and Jack

The print was very pretty, love the colors and it looks great in the black frame I bought with a white matte.
