Awful experience!

Awful experience!! I will never buy from a lego shop ever again!! And I suggest you guys to not buy from them either!
They are thieves!!
I got the Lego for $180 from them and then find out THE EXACT SAME LEGO is $80 in target !!!!!!!!!!
EXACT ONE!
I went to return the lego they said they cannot take it back although on the website it says the can !! And they offered me store credit ! I accepted the store credit and then they said because the box was opened, ONLY THE BOX NOT ANY LEGO BOXES INSIDE ! Only the lid they said they cannot even offer store credit or PRICE MATCH !!
this was the most disappointing purchase of my life !! The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! And I suggest u guys check before buying and DO NOT TRUST LEGO STORES! check and buy it from somewhere else because they definitely sell it cheaper with better customer service than these guys who just stole and wasted my money !
I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP FROM A LEGO STORE AGAIN AND I WONT LET ANYONE I KNOW FRIENDS OR FAMILY BUY FROM THEM !

The measure of a good company is how it…

The measure of a good company is how it responds when things go wrong. I don’t recommend buying from Lego directly. Ordered on the 5th December. It’s the 22nd and it’s not arrived. I know it won’t arrive at all because it stopped being scanned in the delivery network on the 10th. Lego have been spectacularly unhelpful. I’ve raised it twice. The response was a “how’s your new purchase” email. Presumably to prompt a review. Cue bitter laughs my end. No end in sight. A disappointed child guaranteed.

My subsequent order for around £100…

My subsequent order for around £100 arrived damaged because the company seals large packages with only one strip of tape, resulting in cracked, stolen, and damaged products. It was the second time this month that it occurred to me to check Trustpilot, and everything came out. If I had checked earlier, I would never have ordered anything from them in my life. I thought they were a trustworthy and reliable company.

In a nutshell STICKERS/ below standard pieces and or parts.

In a nutshell STICKERS. I also recently bought the new 31167 “Haunted Mansion”. I’ve got a big Ghost LEGO minifigure collection and the new one in this set is way below standard compared to the old ones. The minifigure “sheet” or cover is so thin and there is no attention to detail with this part fitting over the minifigure. Stickers and below standard parts/pieces and not even mentioning ridiculous prices now as well is very disappointing. I’m considering discontinuing collecting LEGO and I’ll be content with my collection up until now then.

Never ever use DPD! They do not deliver!

It is not about the product, but about the service. LEGO shop uses DPD, which the worst ever delivery company on Earth. Their driver is simply not willing to deliver anything to me! I filed six (!) complaints against him, but DPD does nothing! He most probably never ever comes to my the apartment. I leave clear messaged on the entrance door and next to bell that I am home. I give my phone number, but he ALWAYS "missing me". One we met, just by coincidence and when I asked him, how come that he never rings the bell, when I oblivious at home, he started shouting at me an even threatened me. Dear LEGO, please file an official complaint again DPD!

Very poor customer service!

Very poor customer service!
Order (EUR 400) placed on 28/11 to ensure that it will arrive before 05/12 (Sinterklaas in the Netherlands).
The parcel was delivered almost one week later, on 05/12 but at 22:40. They ruined my child's Sinterklaas experience this year. My child waited the entire day but the gift did not arrive.

I formally complained in writing to their customer service and they responded that they do not see any problem as the parcel arrived on 05/12. They did not comment that it arrived at 22:40!!! No compensation offered.

They are very slow in processing orders so next time I will buy sets from private sellers instead of them. Utterly useless!

Awful!!!

Awful!!!! I was asked to order something as a favour to a friend who had a promo code giving money off lego. However this was refused becasue the code wasn't "Mine". Lego Store are greedy money motivated misers. Rude and Nasty managers.
Go Somewhere else to buy your Lego. I Did in the end and saved alot of money.
