In a nutshell STICKERS. I also recently bought the new 31167 “Haunted Mansion”. I’ve got a big Ghost LEGO minifigure collection and the new one in this set is way below standard compared to the old ones. The minifigure “sheet” or cover is so thin and there is no attention to detail with this part fitting over the minifigure. Stickers and below standard parts/pieces and not even mentioning ridiculous prices now as well is very disappointing. I’m considering discontinuing collecting LEGO and I’ll be content with my collection up until now then.

I have called you numerous times on your contact number 0783628000. You don’t answer the calls. You have at first delivered 3 solar panels where I only paid for 1. Secondly you have already collected the solar panels on 22 June- collection number MDX1041250YY. I have been open and honest with you regarding this screw up on your side. I am extremely unhappy as I have been waiting for the refund for more than a week by your “assessment team”. I have also sent you numerous emails without reply. I now demand compensation for your extremely poor service and I am a loyal customer and spent lots of money at takealot. You can see my purchase history. You plan on collecting the solar panels today⁉️ Seems like takealot has lost their customer service and professionalism overnight.
