I ordered from Debangstix vape juices…
I ordered from Debangstix vape juices online, delivery did not arrive, called them, they told me they are sending same order again, that did not arrive too. Called them again, they told me Royal Mail has not attempted delivery to me for both parcels, they checked tracking numbers with Royal Mail.
They sent double my original order by DHL which I received next working day, thank you.
Found out that we have had no post on our street for 2 weeks due to post man having Covid and no other postman available to make deliveries of our post in his place. Really bad service from Royal Mail!
Great service by Debangstix. Great customer relations service provided.
