perfect customer service. had 2 orders refunded without even having to ask. and 0 hesitation. Loved it. will be buying A LOT more posters.

Delivery was a bit hit and miss. The Shop app they use to track deliveries didn't really track the order (at least not from my side) and the items just sort of randomly turned up and I was lucky enough to be in that day.

One of the products seemed defective and a little bit of a dupe. I left a review more to inform other customers about the potential pitfall of the product alongside some very satisfied reviews of other products I'd received in the same order.

A customer care agent called Ira reached out and was extremely prompt in his responses and very helpful, polite and informative. The resolution he provided was more than satisfactory and made me feel like a valued customer. That interaction alone made me confident enough to spend money with Kurzgesagt again.

Not ideal, but if you run into issues and have customer care like that, anything can pretty much be fixed. The system they use may be a little wonky and broken, but employees like Ira work to rectify that and that does a great deal to rectify these things. 3 stars for Kurzgesagt, 5 stars for Ira, who also did nothing but praise the company and hope I shop with them again but maybe I am just a cynic so have to work on averages here and give the company overall 4 stars.

I really like supporting Kurzgesagt, so I’ve bought a poster for my boyfriend who loves space. The poster was better quality than expected and the delivery was great and faster than mentioned on the website. I’ll definitely order again, because they have a lot of cool designs.

I’m from UK and I ordered 2 posters 11th July, it was dispatched on 13th July. It was suppose to arrive 2 weeks (or 4 weeks) which being the 27th but it arrived today which is 6 days earlier ❤️

I understand there is still major delivery issues in the comments so it definitely varies where you live.

This store is a cheek. The goods are, after the 14 days after the order should arrive at me, broken in transit. DHL has sent it directly back without delivering it to me. Of course, they have not independently contacted me. Now that I complain about it, they demand freight charges from me again. For an order over 130 euros. Where I have already paid once freight charges. This is an absolute impudence and not ok.

My experience was super nice.
After two days, the item was shipped, and after three more days, it was delivered to me.
I live in Germany, and I guess it depends on where you live. But my personal experience was great.

Cute packaging and very nice items. I'm a bit disappointed the poster won't really light up as I thought it would. But the stuff I bought is hella cute and I really like them.

We ordered 1 poster 16.12.2022 that never came.
Now is 01.03, and we never got our poster, we got an email that it was shipped 20.12, and after that, nothing.
Really disappointing..
We love the videos and we wanted to support the channel, but now we just feel like we got scammed..

I see a lot of bad reviews here, which concern the shipping time. However, the whole thing is explained in great detail during the ordering process. And also in the order confirmation email and in the shipping confirmation email, the duration of shipping is explained very transparently.
I am very satisfied with my Habit Journal. It was shipped in the specified time frame and arrived in the specified time frame. The journal itself is really beautifully designed and I really like the way it was made.

I placed an order at the end of October, in December I was sent a reshipment. Both were not delivered to Poland - I was told that they were lost. I was offered to resend but would have to pay for resend myself. My money was refunded but reduced by the cost of shippment, even though it was not my fault that it was not delivered. in addition there was no refund to the account that I provided in the e-mail, which again I lost on currency conversion... So I lost 70PLN (15euro) on this and I got nothing :)

I ordered a calendar on Kurzgesagt EU website on 17th Nov 2022. Today is the 27th Dec 2022 and I still have no news about it. The last update I got was on the 25 the Nov. In case anyone from Kurzgesagt would read this review, my order number is 256606.

This is so much disappointing. Items shipped after 10 days and delivery in two weeks, maybe....
And it is over 50£ worth stuff paid extra for shipping...
This company is a money maker who dont give remote s..t about customers. There is plenty of colourful junk cheaper and faster available than this "fancy" items.

Bought a beautiful Earth hoodie and matching T-shirt in the online shop. This size XL appears to be suitable for tall, slim people. Great! The advice to take a size larger was correct. My son is very happy with the items. Ordered on December 9, delivered on December 21. The delivery time could be faster, as well as response to e-mail. If the customer service and delivery time were better, I would rate 5 stars. I have no experience with the return service, so I can't say anything about that yet.

Ordered some items on Dec. 4. It is now Dec.17, I cannot get any shipping confirmations from them. Any email I send says it takes 3-5 days for them to get back with me. UGH this is a gift for Christmas. It looks my grandson will have to do without. Looked like some nice educational items for sale. Horrible customer service. They take your money fast enough but must not have the supply to send out. That's why you can't get a response from these people. Very disappointing.

Good products, if you ever receive them. I made an order back in October (19880198097001) that was supposed to arrive within a week, but a month later...nothing.

I contacted their customer service which said they would deliver another (19880238396001), and that was sent a week later. It's not December 15th, 3 weeks after that was supposedly sent, and...nothing.

Absolutely the worse experience I've had with paying 26,90 euros and getting nothing.

It's sad cause the production value of their youtube videos is great, but their shop is, without a better word for it, garbage.

Shipment could not be delivered to packstation? It is my home address where I could recieve the shipment from last year.
And the last straw why I will never shop there again: After two Months of waiting for the package I had to look for the delivery myself. Found out the they recieved the delivery back six weeks ago...

Great YouTube channel! The site is pretty, well made, and reflects the hard work they put in to everything they do. Shipping is long, but remember, they only ship out of 2 warehouses (last time I checked) and it can take a while for things to be set in motion and for delivery services to take over. (Around 2 weeks for me, but worth it!)
Merch is high quality too, nice material, vibrant colors, and cute little visual Easter eggs. Keep up the good work!

Never again! Warning - if something goes wrong they hide in silence! I ordered ONE poster 11 days ago. I paid for the order and Kurzgesagt Shop confirmed it, adding there was a mail coming as soon as the shipment had left the warehouse. We are 11 days in the future and still no mail, no contact, no answer from Kurzgesagt Shop! Very very dissatisfied!
