I cannot praise Thermal Grizzly and der8auer enough. They are genuinely amazing people who truly care about their community.
I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Paul from the support team, and he is an absolute legend. He helped me through numerous questions, was incredibly patient, and always ended our chats by wishing me a great week ahead. It’s rare to find that level of genuine kindness in tech support today.
What really blows me away is their integrity. Even after the recent copper/aluminum/steel scam that hit der8auer and the company, they haven't changed their "customer first" philosophy. They still offer replacements even when it clearly costs the company more than the customer originally paid. They even sent me a replacement product before asking for the original back—that level of trust in the customer is unheard of.
I also have to mention the Delta Mate (B-Grade) Astral water block. They list it as "B-Grade," but honestly, it’s a new grade entirely. I received mine on 1/4/26 and it looks brand new. The packaging was perfect, the block is flawless with zero scratches, and nothing was missing. They are selling these cheaper as B-Grade when they could easily pass for A-Grade; it feels like they prioritize our satisfaction over their own profit margins.
If you’re on the fence, trust this company. Go support der8auer on YouTube and show them the appreciation they deserve. They are a legendary team operating with a level of heart you just don't see anymore.

Deltamate ROG Astral 5090 waterblock is just awesome. Quality, ease of assembly, looks amazing and the thermal performance is just wild. I didnt have even the slightest of ideas what my 5090 Astral was capable off before watercooling it. With this block, gpu temps wont restrict your performance. Its pricey, but worth every penny and after seeing the benfits, feels almost like bargain. Exellent product!

Avoid for Laptops – My GPU is fried

"I am a hardware enthusiast and wanted to optimize the temperatures of my laptop (Aero 5 with RTX 3060) using Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut. Huge mistake.

Despite taking every precaution, this liquid metal is a ticking time bomb for laptops. Its extreme fluidity means that at the slightest movement or tightening issue, it seeps under plastic protections and creates micro-short circuits invisible to the naked eye.

The result: My GPU got stuck with a 'Code 43' (Windows safety shutdown). Even after a meticulous cleaning, the damage was done: an electronic component on the motherboard physically fried. My PC is currently at a repair shop for precision micro-soldering.

This product is far too risky for the temperature gains it offers, especially on components as dense as those in a gaming laptop. If you care about your hardware, stick to high-quality thermal paste. Thermal Grizzly should emphasize much more clearly that this product can destroy a machine in a fraction of a second.

Amazing product and amazing service. I used the putty pro to change the thermal pads from my RX 9070 XT and I've lost 7 degrees so far.

There was a little issue from the delivery service from Germany to the UK that cause my address to be transformed from Flat 1, 79 ...to Flat 179 ... but I managed to fix the issue with my delivery service.

A friend purchased a variety of items from Thermal Grizzly from contact frames for our 7000 series AMD CPU's to a delid kit, direct die heatspreaders and liquid metal for our 9000 series AMD CPU's. The whole process of every item was excellent and the level of quality of all of the products is exceptional!
I contacted their support team via the webpage after opening my system later to find an odd look to the liquid metal and the dies. They were very helpful in their recommendations and it turned out my friend and I hadn't polished off all of the original solder completely - which reacted with the liquid metal. After following their instructions, I'm back up and running quickly and easily. Thank you to the whole team!!! And thank you Roman for your great workshop tour videos with Steve from Gamers Nexus! Amazing seeing how everything is made!

Excellent customer service from Thermal grizzly, had a problem with a item I bought from them and it took five days to replace the item and ship it from Germany, very happy customer and I can't thank them enough.

I have heard German engineering is the best. Well i have to say after using your product u raised the bar even more and gave my "sort of" golden sample 4080 new life with thermal compound that fixes manufacturer issues. (Phasesheet PTM) saved my Gpu from going full tilt when starting CP2077 to silent. hotspot from 105.3c to 82.2 on furmark is no little feat but you bastards did it.

Great products and service.
Had a compliant, just once in ten orders, and resonse was super fast and friendly. Even more important, there was a quick and uncomplicated solution and TG did send a replacement quickly.

I have been using Thermal Grizzley products for years now, with thermal paste's and liquid metal.
This year i have started to use there water cooling fittings and water blocks, with great success so far.
i have even been using there wireview products( I have a Pro 2 ON my RTX5090).

Absolute scam product, Carbonaut Thermal Pad.
Purchased this as it was promoted as the best thing since sliced bread, Looks and sounds like a great idea until you find that the size does not match the CPU, so you are advised to CUT it to size, Ha ha. Upon handling the pad "gently" attempted to cut with sharp scissors, this is very difficult as the Pad is extremely thin. I placed the Pad flat on a clean surface and it decided to fold on one corner, when trying to unfold to lay it flat the whole pad started to disintegrate. What a waste of £20. i'm going back to using paste, it has worked for years so who needs these pathetic Pads.
I have been building PC's for years and have never come across such a garbage product.
I will never purchase anything from Thermal grizzly again.

Their support not only answered my question in a very timely manner but they also provided additional details and were very thorough with their response. These guys honor their warranties with no questions asked. Despite being a small
company based in Europe, they have the best customer service experience even among my local USA companies. Amazing!

I had some issues with the direct die block on first install. TG was very quick to respond do my questions and provided great customer support throughout. They even sent me some LM for my trouble! 100% would recommend these guys, they really care and are true enthusiasts in this space.

I had an issue with the thermal paste I bought, and I've got to say TG really listened. They asked me for some details and within a few hours a replacement was Fed Exed to me from Germany, express.

If only all Customer Support was like that! Thank you - my PC gets built on time.
