First time placed an order over phone it got printed out wrong and second time thought email with imagine may help. Finally the order arrived with wrong print out and try to verify with agent who does not reply promptly.

The online design service was fantastic. Everything was easy and clear to understand. The cards came super fast and the paper and print quality was outstanding. We look forward to using Sharper Cards' services again!

I ordered some cards and when i received the order, they were different than what i had in my screen

The order came incorrect twice. Cathy Beek, however, did everything to make it okay. Things happen, and sometimes that can lead to frustration when service levels don't meet expectations. Cathy turned it around, made sure I had my order on time even though the mistakes delayed receipt of the cards. If all companies had customer service reps with her integrity and willingness to do what it takes to satisfy every customer, there would be no issues no matter how poorly production might operate.

The service was great and quick. The cards look great!
The only negative was that the cards had a potent "chemical " smell to them initially,probably because they were just printed. The smell was gone after a few days.

I like that they checked in with our order before sending it out because we had left a section blank (intentionally), since that could easily have been a mistake in submitting our order. I like that it was a real person calling us with a phone call.
