This order was placed twice. The first time, my order was delivered WITHOUT our logo, that I specifically requested be placed on the inside of the cards ordered. Not only did I call & complain, but I was told the request for the logo was not in the order, and my company had to pay to return the order. So we paid to return the order.
The second time I placed the order, I printed the exact way the cards were edited, showing the logo, as proof of what I was ordering. In the notes for the packing department, I requested that they VERIFY the logo is printed on the inside of the cards before shipping. I received a call from Sharon Flores, and she stated there is no logo on the order. I scanned & emailed to her a copy of what I ordered, and SHE FIXED THE ORDER. KUDOS TO SHARON FLORES!!!
I believe Sharper Cards owes my company, Schaefer Wealth Management, a refund for the return shipping for screwing up the first order!!!

Quick and Easy service! Our logo didn't upload when I placed our order and I received a phone call within 5 mins asking if I could send it again. Very helpful staff. Great company to deal with! Will be using them again and again!

I've used Sharper Cards now for close to 10 years. They do produce quality materials at a reasonable price. My only critique is that the design phase is clunky and that makes it difficult to get the product looking the way you want. i.e. balance & spacing between text, font size, etc... These things (to me) should be centered, spaced and balanced. Most times the first proof comes looking like someone just dropped the picture, text and logo in the requested area and wherever it lands is good enough. As a profession and very particular about the material I send out, as it represents the work I do, I find this always a be difficult to work through when it should be simple editing with anyone that cares about what they are producing.

Cathy the girl I dealt with was amazing and very very helpful. She was a joy to work with. However it took too long to get my order, I had to call 2 times. The last time I called there was an issue with the truck at UPS and our order was delayed. It took over almost 3 weeks to get my order. Yes I will deal with them again, but not if there are issues a second time.

Received my cards, they were exactly as requested. The service is fast, precise and the cards are fantastic!

Kathy was great. She spent time with me to make sure my order was what I wanted. She also gave me suggestions for me to think about for my next order

We never had problem before . But recently, they have a mistake of my 3 last order. You send me 2 times a card with blank and I send a text to put in and you send me cards with mistakes in the text. You are very conprehensive and you send us another 50 cards free with the text .
