Stuck at the airport for days (UK)

Stuck at the airport for days (UK). No UK tracking has been applied, therefore I cannot enquire with anyone here. SF are Chinese, so there goes that option and likely to lose money.

My advise, never buy anything abroad, too much hassle.

No one came to deliver anything

Watched the tracking the whole time. I was home all week and I received nothing. Not one postal worker stopped. No one. I called and they say “it was handed to another carrier it's delivered on our part.” Ugh, I'm frustrated because this was for my small business. I know this comes with the job but this is the first and only time I have has shipping issues. Pay extra for shipping with a company you trust! I've learned my lesson.

I ordered 2 T Shirts

I ordered 2 T Shirts, both red in colour. They are pink! I do not like pink, I do not wear pink, They both have a sticker on them saying red, someone in the dispatchers is colour blind. I am returning then to the sending address in Sydney, and I want my money back! there is no way I'm giving you lot any details about myself, you are not the least bit trustworthy!

The single worst experience I have ever had

The single worst experience I have ever had with a company. Avoid at all costs. I am trying to return an item I bought from the UK and they are insisting I owe VAT and a handling fee. IT'S A SCAM! They are completely hopeless when you try to contact them

Chinese shipping workers steal packages

SF Express is a Chinese shipping company, and Chinese shipping workers steal packages. Of the 8 times my Amazon JP packages have shipped using SF Express, only 4 of them ever arrived as intended. 3 went missing, and 1 arrived with items missing, plus even some other items I didn't order thrown in there.

SF Express and Cheng Ling are both…

SF Express and Cheng Ling are both scams. Placed order May 2022. 1st contacted Chen Ling in June about not receiving. They sent a track # that said delivered (don't know where🤔wasn't my address). Emailed them SEVERAL times to request package or refund w/o success. Track info directed me to a website for answers since CLAIMED delivered. This company's a SCAM: DON'T ORDER FROM THEM unless you have extra money to lose because that's what'll happen🤬. IF anyone knows how to get a refund PLEASE let me know !!!

I fell through the Looking Glass

The tracking says the package was picked up on Aug. 7th. On Aug. 16th (!!!) it finally left the carrier. On Aug. 17th it left the carrier. Again. On Aug. 18th it left the carrier twice, once at 4:51 AM and again at 8:39 AM. Then it rested for three days from all the hard work of repeatedly leaving the same carrier over and over again and on Aug. 21 tried to leave again. I am waiting with baited breath to see if my brave little package actually manages to leave the carrier this time.

When I asked the (very nice) seller what the heck this means, I received a reply that SF Express (talk about false advertising!) said that due to Covid 19 they have to disinfect the package many times!!!

My package was combined by SF with…

My package was combined by SF with other people packages. Unfortunately there might be other people’s items that cannot go through the custom. SF gave up and decided to stop the custom process and gave the package, includes my item, to the government. Talking about responsibility..sheesh

12/6/22 first order (sf express)…22/6/22 second order ( dhl)

Got 2 orders from same site 1 week difference from each order, first one got send by sf express 😁 status says waiting for pick up but don’t know where parcel is , second order send by dhl got delivered right now in my door
Conclusion…. Avoid sf express delivery

Customary Customs check-in but!

Customary Customs check-in but, parcel 1 of two has been delivered with no issues or unordinary issues!
I track'd my parcels via 17Track & S.F. Express And, I got InTouch with the company shipping my merch. and they provided me with POSTAL Tracking #'s TOO!

Slower than a turtle and never updates their tracking in a timely manner. Customer service not really helpful. My parcel was dispatched last May 5 ffom SG until now, I do not know what's happening, they kept saying it is at customs. They do not have a contact number for customer service in the UK. Stay away from companies that use them as a courier to avoid headache. SF International have some decency to sort out the complaints here!

ITS NOT AN EXPRESS.... IT ALWAYS IN TRANSIT IN MALAYSIA FOR SO MANY DAYS, MY LAST TWO DELIVERY WAS IN TRANSIT FOR MORE THAN 5 TO 6 DAYS...STILL IN TRANSIT STATUS.. I HAVE TO CALL UP AND DOWN TO TRACE WHERE MY PARCEL IS ..(CRY)

SO HORRIBLE

SO HORRIBLE. This scam of a shipping company doesn't put any receipts or anything in the shipment. Just received sandals that looked like a monkey packed and shipped. They now say they have no way of knowing where they came from, they're just the third party!!!

It's a SCAM

AVOID THESE!
I bought their bra's for a size 5x the ones that came would fit a young teenager not an adult, you can't get them to answer about returns or money refunded. I'm so angry that I have lost money on something I can't use!

Avoid this company at all cost

Avoid this company at all cost! My package was picked up on the 8th of March.Its 27th March today and still not delivered. The worse courier service ever. Customer service was poor. I am so frustrated. Last update was 14th March and no updates thereafter. Don't deserve any star at all.

HUGE RIP !!!OFF

Horrible horrible I am so furious !!! I still don't have my bra I ordered it's been in New York for days now and hasn't moved . Went back to China n then came back to new York !!! I'm so mad right now . Thank goodness it was only 20$ they are a huge rip off I guess I'm just going to have to chalk it up as a loss I bought it online on the 7th and it's the 24th now .
