The service is awful. We asked many many times for a Manager and were refused ongoing! English speakers are needed on the “English” service line, Managers made available for complaints, and couriers who actually accept packages! Two courier collectors refused the packages on the two occasions we attempted to use the service and then they left without explanation or assistance!
The first phone Rep couldn’t order the pick up because she couldn’t understand the address! The next Rep didn’t even know what an envelope is!! She said SF has NO managers so we could not complain!

Very pissed off by the crappy services. My parcel from China was scheduled for delivery on 28 Jan but was stuck in Shenzhen for 10 whole days before it finally showed 'departed from Shenzhen' on 31, passing through Thailand and UAE. However, NOW the tracking system shows it is in Shenzhen again!!! We're totally confused and disappointed with this! I expected it as a gift for Chinese New Year, and was frustrated not only by the endless delay, but also the contradicting updates!!!
We have wasted so much time and energy in futile trying to contact their service team, who initially promised a special expedition, then the next day saying it was not possible to pick out an individual parcel (why assure us something that you cannot do)?! Over the last 10 days nothing ever happened, and now the system has begun faking journey records to cover up the delay???
The repeated lying, which is even worse than the failure to fulfill the promise to deliver in time, is utterly unacceptable. They also desperately need to improve how they work with shipping partners as UPS said they had no idea what was going on, and that the updates they extracted from SF had no reference value.This should have never happened to any international company.

Still waiting for my package 080082187262 . I ordered something from Vietnam to arrive in my country, Bulgaria. On 14.01 was the last update on the SF site , it said the package is in Koeln, Germany. More than a week already no update and I can't find a way to contact them since they don't have an English service or I'm not finding but I tried everything. I don't know what to do.

Tracking number:SF1330034129399. Very unprofessional and rude customer service. They charged me £12.23 for customs charges for a £13 gift from my father overseas. According to Gov.uk (2022), "VAT is not charged on goods that are gifts worth £39 or less". The customer service just kept repeating "I must pay otherwise they won't release the package". Very difficult communication. We used to use royal mail and never been charged anything.

Do not purchase anything from DHgate. This is the shipping service they use. Received the scarf I ordered yesterday. Nothing close to what I ordered. There are 2 more pcs I ordered and have little faith I'll receive them. It's a risk ordering from them. I'll consider it a loss and move on. I DID check the reviews for DHgate prior to ordering. They are most likely fake. There may be a few lucky ones but I wasn't one of them. Stay away from DHgate! Consider yourself warned.

so sorry i didn't read the reviews...scumbags is my review...the jacket that came wasn't even close to what i ordered..i'm not holding my breath on getting my money back...isn't there something that can be done with these people?...lowlife thieves...

Purchased this on 25NOV for $25.99and just received it. TOTALLY SHOCKED at what I received. Look at what THEY say it is, and look at what I received!!! If it wasn’t so pathetic, it would be funny. This thing is not even worth the POSTAGE to mail it!!!!

SF Chinese Branch is the worst express company ever, basically if you are not Chinese you are screwed as they speak ONLY Chinese : delays in delivery, absurd requests for documentation ( asking me to do fake documents) and employees just reply like robots. Prefer any other express company to this one, it can only be better

This is the most decieving items Ive recieved. wreaths that were a wagon wheel, mr and mrs Clause, and a snowman wreath. I recieved 3 pore quilety small placks with holes in them and 3 pcs. of thin rope to put them up. This is a deffinate rip off and I'm contacting the better business b. Good luck if you order something from the sights decriptions are not what the items are..

Ordered from Japan to usa and they never delivered my package. I will refuse to use them and amazon.jp from now on. I saw my package get delivered to California not oregon. So they clearly stole my package.

One star is even a compliment for their poor and terrible service according to my experience of trying to send one box from San Francisco to Shanghai through SF, the box is still in the US after more than 40 days! They just don’t have the ability to handle the international transportation, and what makes you even more angry about is that they didn’t give you any updates or response despite of your consistent questioning, then after keeping quiet for more than 40 days, they showed up trying to shift the responsibility to me when I found out that my cargo was still in the US! They passed a long list of needed documents and forms , and said the goods will be returned to original place if Any of the documents or forms missing! How could you tell me this after 40 days when I was already in China?? Where were you in the last 40 days? For your comparison, I sent another box from La to Shanghai through FedEx just a couple of days earlier, FedEx kept me updated all the time and the goods arrived at destination smoothly a few weeks ago! I do think SF international express is incapable of doing international transportation business!! They are doing very poor job in international business!!

I ordered 2 hair piece wig toppers paid extra for longer length. 3 weeks later I get ultra short wrong color and all curls. Looks like Halloween hair. Thee worst

The company pretends to be from San Francisco but they are from China.

The package was delivered with SF Express. I contacted them to stop the scamming channel they support.

No reply back from them. Shame on you!

Used twice. To ship my package to a warehouse and then to return it. Each time took 2 days. Perfect!

I seriously don't even feel like giving 1 star... go there and you will be slaughtered like a pig...
Firstly says amt by flight is xxx. When confronted says its in different currency. I asked to open package and pay for knowing what's in it cos it was a long time back. Now telling me sensitive n normal air is same price. Truly a place u wanna avoid at all costs

I ordered a clothing item from Aldoph. No where on the site did it state the shipment would be coming from China or I would have never ordered from this site. The site uses SF Express. I have been checking the status of my shipment for about three weeks and it is still in China! Looking at the status it shows a bunch of transactions from shipping stations to distribution centers back to shipping stations, etc.. which means absolutely nothing because it is still in China. When I contact them they advise the it’s being shipped and they can’t do a refund because it’s in transit. Scammers!

Absolute load of poo no uk contact and they still holding my parcel hasn’t moved in 6 days and it’s in the uk like seriously how poo are you normally takes about two days to deliver anything from anywhere In uk Poo poo poo wouldn’t ever use again rather pay the extra and go to shipping company who doesn’t take the Wee

I ordered $70 worth of products from a site that I’m now realizing had a slight change to the URL from the legitimate site. Obviously a knock off site that takes your money and never delivers. My package was marked delivered and signed for 2 days ago and still no sign of it.
