This company is a joke

This company is a joke. I put an order in for 1 item last month and still haven't received it. It's a rip off... makes Amazon look bad. I think they have a fake website to steal money...worst ever

Worst dumbest shipping service ever

It's the worst shipment I ever used. They ignored the address I provided and used what they thought would be an awesome zip code. Now my parcel is stuck. If the situation can't be resolved fastly my parcel will be returned. I paid import taxes for it already too. The support went MIA. Worst experience ever. Recommendation for others : if a online shop is shipping with sf express just don't buy from there! Just don't.

Ordered on Amazon / Shipped Item using SF-Express

Ordered on Amazon. Seller provided shipper tracking sf-express. I would say it appears this is a scam Claim to ship item keep your money for weeks while they provide ficticious tracking info and then your package never arrives Then it up to you to try to get a refund. Will never buy from them again. China scam!

the new best alienator

the new best alienator, pathetic company, the package satyed in hong kong 2 weeks, then arrived in belgium, i live in spain then they requested taxes in chinese, without explainuing me how to lay, they sent me 5 sms , whatsapp imposiisble to comunicate, the package is blocked with customs and we paid taxes twice, its not a bummer its never seen before...i wnat to inform you, you rather pay 4 times more and get a decent service then being played with these pathetic people...i hate it they ruined my days and corporation are the violence iof today

Bought an item off Amazon and it was sent to someone in Michigan instead of then intended recipient in Tx.
Second item is now in the void it made it to the town over and then just went off the rails and I have no idea where it’s at.

Spent more on courier fee than the…

Spent more on courier fee than the actual taobao item for returning back to seller in mainland.
Item has been missing for months. I only received usd10 for compensation which is a fraction of the item’s actual price PLUS all the cost spent on couriering it back. Shockingly appalling service

Says they delivered a futon that was…

Says they delivered a futon that was ordered but it never showed up at my home. I have 3 cameras that record on my property. Not one truck/vehicle came by the house that day to deliver it. Neighbor across the street looked on theirs and nothing as well. This package least 200lbs.

Update: Found out said futon was delivered but to CA instead of KY....and they signed for it

Sent to wrong State in the USA

Have to give a star in order to write a review. I ordered a vanity for my daughter for her 8th birthday since its what she's only asked for. Went to check the tracking and it said it was delivered that customer signed for it. But I never received it nor did I sign anything! Did some digging and tracked my package on their website only find out my package was delivered a few states over! I live on Ohio it was delivered in MISSOURI!! So p*ssed right now! Didn't know it was a draw from the hat and let's see who will get this person's package. How do you not pay attention to the shipping address?

Shocking service

Utter shocking service. My parcel was supposed to be delivered today. The app states that my parcel would be delivered by 16:00. Then it was changed to 18:00. Then I received a notification, that the courier made an arrangement with the receiver (ME!!!) that the parcel would be delivered tomorrow. You DID NOT phone me to arrange a change in delivery date. My parcel better arrive tomorrow.

Ordered a packaged a month ago and still has not arrived. They never updated their tracking so it still says shipped. When I contacted the seller they claimed it was delivered. I finally found out it was “delivered” 11 days ago and nothing has shown up

SnailFail Express

Made my order 2/3/23. Took 10 days to start processing. Took another 9days to get out of china. It is now 2/22/23 and it is only in New York. Has to come to south florida so expecting another 10 days. Didn't know they hired snails to deliver packages.

Once again I let myself be suckered in…

Once again I let myself be suckered in by a dealer that uses SF EXPRESS as their shipper... Ordered on the 25 of Jan and watched it for 9 days go from one station to another station to another station in China, loading and unloading and reloading.... soooo where is it...??? When I realized it was SF EXPRESS I let the seller know I have had bad dealings with them thru AMAZON...and got stiffed there too...( but AMAZON got me a refund, but still I wanted the coat.) On the 11 day the package is in NY Gateway customs. 12th day NY to AVENEL NJ... 13th day nothing 14th day nothing and 15th day it is in CARROLLTON TX. Okay... I accessed 23TRACK and they cannot even find the package... I accessed 17TRACK and say it looks like it is in the US... I use SF EXPRESS tacking and it has NOT moved out of CHINA!So I contact seller again to let them know what is going on. SO this even I get a notice from SF EXPRESS that they CANNOT DELIVER MY PACKAGE. "Failed to deliver the shipment due to failure to get to the receiver's address. We're trying to contact the receiver for a second delivery." WHAT? Every other seller I have bought from on ALI has gotten me my purchases except this one and this is the EXCUSE they give. IF YOU BUY FROM A SELLER THAT USES SF EXPRESS TELL THEM TO SHIP IT BY ANOTHER COMPANY.... I KNOW THAT I WILL NOT BE GETTING MY COAT,BUT WILL UPDATE THIS WEEK IF SOMETHING SHOW UP.

If I could give zero stars I would…

If I could give zero stars I would…. I ordered my package on Dec 4th, and was surprised that they started the shipping process within a couple of days. My package was apparently sitting in Los Angeles for the whole week until I emailed them last night asking why my package hasn’t moved. They replied back with a screen shot showing that it was in a location 15 minutes away from my house, and it’s been sitting there since 12/13. I sent them a follow up today basically demanding a refund if I don’t receive my package anytime soon. I’m pissed at myself for wasting money on this company. It’s an absolute waste of time.
