No Refill Submitted 7 hours after my appointment

I signed up for Everyday RX at $59 per month which includes free refill appointments. I currently only have 1 med that I need refills for but it was the only affordable option. My appointment with the doctor was at 11:45 am PDT today. It is now 6:45 pm PDT. Still no refill. I asked for the prescription to be mailed to me. The clock is ticking because I will run out of meds next week. I called customer support at 5:30 pm PDT to report this. She said she would reach out to the provider and get back to me via email within 30 minutes. No email updates yet. I’ve used other tele doc providers and refills were submitted immediately after a phone visit. I’ll have to cancel after only one day. First I need my prescription and I can only hope that someday the physician will order it and that I’ll receive it next week. I have my doubts and I’m very disappointed.

I was extremely happy with my appointment.Dr Farhana Butt was very thorough and explained everything to me and sent me a text to back it all up with what was discussed and other information. You can tell she truly cares about her patients.

Would definitely recommend

My provider Lashondra Kale has been absolutely amazing. She took her time and listened to be and did everything she could to get me on the right medication. She spent extra time with me even though she did not have to. She truly cares about her patients. I feel like a person and not another number.

So disappointed

So disappointed. My provider wrote a one-month script for Zepbound. I am not sure why she only gave me a month! I can't lose 30 pounds in a month. Then I had to book again to get a refill, which I did. Once I got on the call, the provider told me that I booked the wrong appointment and that I had to rebook a different type of appointment. So I did that, and in order to rebook the appointment I have to pay $708!!!! Now I am waiting to get the refund for the appointment I did book and have to figure out another way to get Zepbound.

I used their services for weight…

I used their services for weight reduction medication. After two months supply I found that because of side effects it did not work for me. By the time I went to cancel my subscription they had already charged me for the third session. I contacted them but they refused to return the fee of 99 dollars. Beware that they charge you on the date that you first signed up whereas receipt of medication is one or two weeks later. So they refused to return the fee although I did not use their services. Also they did not reply to my e mail and had to phone to get this answer

Did lots of comparing and was skeptical at first, but

On here to give a shout out to the medical "insurance" company Sesame. For $49 per visit, you can do telehealth (less money if you pay a $100 subscription) and get scripts and everything! I even got free labs with the $100 subscription (a $69 value, or more compared to regular insurance). So far, I've paid like $180 minus the lab savings. My eye doctor was requiring me to come in for $409 in imaging and eye tests in order to renew my (borderline) glaucoma eye drops. The drops themselves are only $12. So they were holding the script hostage. I had gotten on a payment plan and everything. Well, before going to the appointment, I got on Sesame, and the doc re-upped the prescription AND another prescription. I didn't drive anywhere. The doctor saw me at the very minute the visit was supposed to start. It was over early. And I saved $375 vs. going to the eye doctor. I had LOW expectations (i.e. "scam") when I started this, but it's pretty legitimate AND a great convenience and savings! They do diet drugs, mental health, and all sorts of other stuff, too.

Great experience with Sesame

Great experience with Sesame! Booking an appointment was quick, easy and super affordable--perfect for someone who doesn't have insurance and needs to see a doc, fast! Dr. Raphael Odekunle was super supportive. I needed a jury duty medical excuse and he didn't give me a hard time about my reasoning at all. There was no judgement or anything, which is something I was worried about. Highly recommend Sesame and Dr. Odekunle.

Very easy to navigate process

Very easy to navigate process. Able to book a visit for medication refills. Doctor joined the visit right on time and was very kind and listened to my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. He approved my refills and sent them right away to the pharmacy.
