Dr Murillo is a wonderful Dr . He listens and prescribes accordingly

I called my primary care physician and he couldn't see me for 3 weeks. I've had a nagging cough for a week and it wasn't going away. I started looking for a telehealth specialist and I found Sesame. Dr. Craig Humes was thorough in his interview of me, and he prescribed 2 medications and even followed up with me after he had spoken to the pharmacy to let me know the medications would be available in a couple hours.

The practitioner was very professional, thorough, a very good listener with great bedside manner.

As a family nurse practitioner myself, I couldn’t be happier with the care or service I was provided. Not very often am I impressed by anyone in healthcare; well, boy, this professional blew me away. What a refreshing caregiver in a world full of bad apples. Highly recommend this provider. Highly.

It’s available on a Sunday but the service is mediocre. The Doctor I had was driving and could barely hear me, didn’t really pay much attention as he was distracted. No face to face.
Then some how I got sucked into a subscription I didn’t sign up for, I only payed for a one time appointment. The customer service was also mediocre, the agent was being a smart ass asking question the same questions to the information I provided up front. When asked about the refund with an attitude I’m told it may or may not process. Bad physician service and bad customer service, never using this service again.

The doctor was available early . Took care of all of my needs . Thanks Doc.

This was my first experience with telehealth and it was far far easier than expected, simple sign up, easy to use, and great care provided.

I was listened to, treated with respect and professionalism, and was part of the care plan process. I truly appreciated the speed and convienece of seeing this provider to have my concern addressed

Bad first time use . Doctor didn’t show up now must wait whilst you hold my money for between 2 -10 days . Dr sent a message saying sorry he didn’t show up but please make another one with him . Pay again whilst still waiting for a refund !! No

I had the pleasure of working with Nurse Jennifer Simon. She was extremely professional, asked the right questions with regard to my situation, and recommended a few services which I totally agreed with. Because of Nurse Simon, I would recommend Sesame Care to anyone who's looking for personalized care. She's the best.

Cameron was respectful and professional. He offered good insight and answered my questions and concerns.

Samantha was wonderful and incredibly helpful. We discussed my current issues and decided on a great plan to get better. It was easy and fast. Got my meds the same day. Wish I did this sooner!

Sesame claims online that their providers can write a prescription and send it to your pharmacy the same day. So, I booked on online appointment with Nurse Practitioner Salimah Jones. She told me that what's on Sesame's own website is not true, that Sesame only refills prescriptions.  So, I asked her if I could get a refund and she said, "Yes", and then when I offered to provide her with this screenshot, she said I was annoying and she hung up on the video visit.  I assume she intends to keep the money without providing any service.

Lesson of the day: Don't spend your money and time on Sesame!

Seeing Dr Anna is such a pleasure..she is very caring, very thorough, and very knowledgeable….my whole body rash and itch was cleared up very quickly with the medicine she prescribed….and she took the time to do a follow up to confirm that my skin issue was resolved…I would certainly use her again.
