Serious Red Flags

ServerMO Data Center has proven to be a highly unreliable and shady provider based on my experience. After my service cycle ended, they attempted to charge my card again without authorization or any renewal request from my side. This kind of behavior raises serious concerns about their billing integrity and transparency.

Their support system is another major problem. Getting a proper response or refund seems extremely difficult, and communication feels evasive or automated. Combined with weak accountability and vague service descriptions, users risk losing data or being overcharged without recourse.

Another major issue is their dishonest bandwidth policy. They advertise plans that seem to offer “unlimited bandwidth,” but in reality, once you reach a certain usage level, they claim your bandwidth is “finished” and demand extra payment to keep the service running. Nowhere on their site is this limitation clearly stated — it’s a deceptive tactic that feels like a trap for unsuspecting customers.

Regarding Billing: Our services operate on a monthly subscription basis with auto-renewal to prevent service interruptions. As per our Terms of Service, cancellations must be requested before the end of the current billing cycle. Our system attempts to process renewals 7 days prior to the due date to ensure server continuity. Upon reviewing your account, we noted that no cancellation request was received prior to the renewal charge.

Regarding Bandwidth: We offer various bandwidth options depending on the server location and plan selected. All bandwidth limits and specific quotas are clearly displayed on our website during the checkout process. If a specific plan has a cap or is subject to a Fair Usage Policy, it is stated upfront to avoid ambiguity.
