Senergy showed up on time & carried out service with one part changed out. Some disagreement between Engineer and original surveyor over what was actually needed but service completed on time and in mostly tidy and polite manner. Hard to grade work quality as I am not a electrical contractor and system worked before and after service.

Was running late but kept us up to date. Very efficient and friendly. Made sure we were confident about using the app. Very happy 😊

Always arrive on time and return calls. We’ve had some horrific experiences with some other solar panels companies and are so pleased we decided to go with Senergy Direct for all our solar power equipment.

Update on my battery.
Thank you Kav for sorting out my battery that was not charging. Explained the problem, Kav checked around .. Back with the carpet, up with a floorboard. He checked the wiring done a few checks and adjustments hey presto the battety is charging at last, amd now it is raining.
Thank you to all the staff in the office who i have spoken too. Result..

Very personable team who undertook the service. Panels beautifully cleaned.
Timings of visit rather confusing. In the phone call it mentioned a two hour time slot which was not confirmed in the email that we received, which only gave a start time of 09.00. Our 09.00 slot finished up as an 11.02 arrival. The email also incorrectly referred to us receiving an instalatlon rather than a service.

All very efficient. Upstairs tele didnt work after they left , they may have broken aerial lead..... May be just a coincidence?.
Never helped us set up app, my ears are so bad i am plucking up courage to phone and ask for help.
Advice from agent was all about what usually happens but no specific figures on our system. We still dont have facts on our system.
So really nice efficient workmen and a well done job but we needed to chaise facts about effeciency of our panels.

Great customer service and efficiency

From first consultation with Lee to having solar fitted was 2 weeks and installation took a day and a half. I was kept updated about all aspects of the job and what was involved.
Work was completed to a very high standard and the fitters were very polite and professional.
Everything was left clean and tidy and all aspects of the work was clearly explained including the app.
Would highly recommend this company if your thinking of having solar fitted and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Great service from Ashley and the engineers looking after our solar system and battery storage. Any problems sorted whilst there.

We have had 3 engineers from Senergy. Two have been very good but one has not been that good as he spent more time noting how my 120 year old electricity control cupboard was out of date and needed upgrading, and I had to insist that he reconnect the inverter dongle to our WiFi, which was the main reason for his visit. Also the cost of the replacement of the inverter and AC charger as well as the maintenance contract was very high .

Isaac who came round in the first instance to check my system took his time and explained everything. The fitters Chris and Tate l found had a personable manner, took their time in explaining everything making sure I understood what they were doing, I could not have been better treated. Again l found the office staff I spoke to on the phone really nice, helpful and patient. From my experience I would definitely recommend this company.

What made me gıve a 5☆ rating was very simple. After making an appointment to have an inspection Hafiz came was very helpful. He looked at my system and said everything was perfect with my Solar panels and equipment. The reason I was not producing enough electricity was that my roof panels after my neighbours extention had left a panel in the shade. As my panels were all interlinked when one did not work all my panels stopped working. I needed Optermisers. The next day 2 young men Nick and Cain arrived and I could not ask for better work men. They done a great job and very polite. Both worked great together. I was very pleased. .
