It was easy to order the blinds. They arrived as scheduled. They were easy to install. And they work nicely.
Ordered two different designs. Casual Cordless Blackout Cellulars came in quickly and while we haven't installed them we are hopeful they are fine as our second, single order shade was not. The Casual Room Darkening Roller Shades took a month to get delivered and never automatically retracted. Perhaps it wasn't suppose to but every roller shade I've had retracted. This one will go up but you have to lift it the whole way. We called customer service several times but they never seemed to understand the problem. We never heard back from the 'team' who was to review the video we took. My daughter even took over calling but to no avail. We gave up after a couple of weeks and feel we are stuck with a non retractable roler shade......

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I have had nothing but problems with one of my blinds since receiving it. The customer service has been no help. They requested photos and video which I provided and then tell me I will get a response in 24-48 hours. This has been going on for weeks and no one has ever reached out to me. I follow up every couple days and every time I do they tell me I will have an answer tomorrow. I’m out of options with customers service. I would recommend not using this company based on my experience.

Everything is perfect, quality is high, it was easy to install. The measurements were precise.
I ordered two different style of blinds, total blackout, and up down honeycomb I chose the no drill option. I was nervous because two of the windows were rather large. It worked great the blackouts does an excellent job. This was for a condo in downtown and we had a street light just outside the window. It does block it out. I will definitely use them again. The blinds look great and seem to be great quality

My problem with my roller shades was beyond the scope of what was in the video link that I got from people in India who were hard to understand. They would not connect me w/factory in States. They had to call factory in states for answers that reqd 48 hours. Still don’t have shades up after many calls & emails. This is ongoing mess. Even if I ask for supervisor they won’t transfer me. Once they got my money I was stuck with Overseas customer svc with no way to talk with Arizona shop or Houston shop and I live in Houston.

The product is as expected and was simple to order. Delivery took 3 weeks, which is not bad except that the "status" tracking on their website was never updated, so it did not appear to have been in progress. Installation was a royal pain. I wish I had ordered the easy mount system. It was very difficult to get the 4 clips lined up and the cassette to "click" in. In the end only 2 worked and I had to improvise on the other two.

Ordered blinds & one set came broken. SelectBlinds stood behind their product & sent me a new set, free of charge. Customer service was great. The other sets of blinds are great. Thank you.

I was really disappointed with the color and the quality. The color looks slightly different from what I expected, which makes the blinds look very cheap. They are also hard to open and close, and they make the room much darker than I thought.
I contacted customer service to ask if I could purchase white slats to fix the problem, but they told me I would have to buy an entirely new set of blinds. I honestly wish I had purchased them from Amazon instead, since it would have been much easier to deal with

The automatic blind received on 03 February does not work. Customer service is terrible. We finally got another blind on Feb 26 th which also does not work with the app. Customer service this time has the same response and also could not help. I would never recommend.
I have sent several emails to their Brand Ambassador and they chose to respond to this poor review instead of responding to the email that I sent when we received the second defective shade. Now I just want a refund since they are unable to provide me with a functioning shade.

Our entire house is treated in the windows with select blinds. We bought a 111-year-old farmhouse. And all the windows have select blinds in them. This last one was for our new kitchen window. We’re gonna give it a try a Roman shade. Thank you very much. Everything has always been wonderful regarding customer service. Matt. Idaho.
