I've been with the STB for a number of Years, had a number of Savings a/cs with them, different %age Rates of Interest, and different number of years. Very efficient. Thank you. God Bless, Richard

Banked with Secure Trust Bank for a few years. The app Is easy to use and the staff are always great when I’ve needed to call for anything.

I was logged out of my online account twice, & waited for over a week for a security letter to be received. After telephoning, I was informed another letter had been triggered which would be sent the following week! What a shambles. Requested a telephone call from the Customer Relations Department, but nobody called or had the courtesy to reply to emails sent. Staff were unable to pass me to the correct department & were disinterested. After being unable to gain access to my money I will now be closing my account & transferring funds to a more professional bank. Avoid

I've opened saving accounts and ISAs with Secure Trust Bank a few years ago. Their customer service is great with a helpful call centre and the rates they offer are good to very good when checked against other providers. I'm very pleased with my experience of them.

Everything was fine at first but then a couple of times I couldn’t sign into my mobile app using the code I am certain was correct. I changed to face recognition which seemed ok until last weekend when that didn’t work either, took me ages to actually get into the mobile app to see my balance.

Always acknowledge funds going in/out with a e mail, can move money much the same day if before about 2pm the same day quote it may be different but I have 2pm on my mind !! they do tend to hold the old rate for existing customers a touch longer before cutting the rate.!! whilst there are other accounts paying a touch more I like the ease of running my account

Great communication and easy account to set up and use. Just one comment - would be better if account was paper free.

When my fixed rate bond matured the money reached my nominated bank promptly on the maturity date.

Good range of products, let down by the clunky website. Ease of use would be a deciding factor for me when choosing an online account. Please consult a Service Designer!

I have been with Secure Trust for years but their Bond maturity procedure now seems much more onerous (with a a specific code only emailed 2 weeks before maturity, allowing you to access a separate webpage for "existing customers" to give instructions). New Bond rates available were low (my instant access account with another company pays more!) so I decided to have maturity proceeds paid into my nominated account. I was surprised to find that there was no automatic option to do this and that I was required to send them a secure message. I subsequently received an automated email saying that they would respond (presumably simply to acknowledge my instruction) in 3 days. My other banking institutions are definitely more user-friendly.

Security is top notch and very competitive savings rates.
When I have had to speak with a representative it has been quick (no hanging on listening to we are very busy!)

I did not recieve my email giving me my maturity code and could not reinvest at the special rate.
