This is a cheap dropshipping e-commerce that sells cheap chinese products.

I returned the product and never received my money back. Now they say I never sent it back, I have the proof that it was returned.

The company's refund policy is misleading and the company is dishonest.

The company's refund policy is mis-leading and I would steer away from buying anything from here. I bought three items and opened the bag to view and try them on and they were not as expected. The length of the outfits were not indicated on the website, so it was too long for me. Another item was clearly only suitable for women with smaller breasts. When I asked for a refund, I was informed that they cannot refund anything if the seal has been opened. The only "seal" is the bag that the items came in. What this told me was you actually don't get a refund at all, because the only way to get one is by not getting the item out of the bag. They do not make that clear on the website, and if I had known, I would never have purchased the items in the first place. I think this company is a bit of a scam and I would not be buying anything from here again, and I will make sure to tell others about this experience so they don't fall into the same trap.

Worst e-commerce experience All clients out there …

All clients out there …. Be very careful

You might order in good faith and pay an order thinking this is a trustworthy site. NOT AT ALL.
You will wait for weeks and wlll possibly NEVER see any merchandise. My order of almost 200 euros has been lost in hyperspace for 7 weeks now. And if you think you will get a response, think again.

You will be procrastinated, given strange explanations and when you will ask for concrete feedback or a refund, you will be ignored.
A very bad experience, never again

Refusal to refund, avoid this company!

(Order #1686) company is refusing to honour their own terms and conditions but refusing my refund. I have met their terms, unopened packaging, not worn, but constant emails ignoring my simple request for a full refund and instructions for a return. Multiple offers for a partial refund so I can keep my unwanted items, but I don't want them. So many emails repeating myself and still no nearer to a refund. Do not recommend. Quality also is poor on the one item I did open and try on. Avoid and shop local, go to a store where you can try items on and not through an online only platform where companies can can hide and be unaccountable for failing to uphold their own terms and conditions of sale.
