Absolutely no way are these good…

Absolutely no way are these good reviews genuine, I’ve bought some tat on the internet in my time, but this was by far the worst. I wouldn’t have minded if it was low cost like other sites you’d expect it from but it wasn’t! Majorly over priced for just the worst quality products I’ve ever bought online. It is absolutely a scam.

Cheap and nasty

Product is priced similar to that from local retail stores however it is incredibly poor quality and drop-shipped from China. Shipping was 4 weeks.

I have now been waiting 5 months for a…

I have now been waiting 5 months for a refund on an item I did not receive. I had ordered three sets, and only two arrived. The sets didn't fit however they changed their policy and were no longer accepting refunds (which wasn't the case when I purchased). Every time I chase up they mention its with their accounts team - which I find hard to believe as I'm pretty sure this is a small run business as I have spotted most of their stock on TEMU. Order on Temu people - avoid avoid avoid.

If I could gice no stars I would

If I could gice no stars I would. I cannot process a refund and have been trying for months. The products are cheap and vile. It is necessary to pay for tracked delivery to return which is expensive. They then go around in circles not answering any questions and asking time after time for evidence of postage. It is ridiculous and I am owed over £100. Do not buy from this company. They are vile and their products are worse.

Beware of this webshop. They do not even send all 3 items and when a request for a refund the conversation starts very slowly. On mail that I would get my payment back and am still waiting and this has been going on for 2 months with their false promises. Quality is just what you can order from any Chinese webshop. what a scam

I wish I had come here to look for reviews on this company before purchasing from them.

As others have said, regardless of their website they don’t do returns/refunds. When my item arrived I could see instantly it wasn’t going to fit so didn’t even try it on. Went straight back to them to arrange a return & refund to which I was told they don’t do refunds. I’ve since been going back forth with them since September so almost 3 months. They said they would offer me a 30% refund. 30%?! What a joke. have I received it? OF COURSE NOT. Every email I get from them, they just repeat the same message ‘it’s with the finance department’ and they will let me know when they have a response. I never get a response and constantly having to chase them. It’s an absolute joke, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

What looked amazing on their website turned into a nightmare. The items were nowhere near the sizes suggested by their size guide. When I tried to arrange a return, I discovered they don’t do refunds—despite their website boasting a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" and claiming that returns are "quick and easy."

I was asked to send photos to prove the items were unused, then had to pay to ship them to the Netherlands. To top it off, they only refunded one item instead of all three!

Save yourself the frustration and learn from my experience. I won’t be shopping here again!

AVOID, knock-off items, do not offer refunds

AVOID. I would give 0 stars if the option was available. I received items that were awful quality and some that were just different items to those in the website photos. I have been in communication back and forth now for months with this company. They will not offer a refund until threatened with claiming the money back through your bank of trading standards, then they attempt to barter with customers about how much they will refund. Eva at customer services was polite and seemed to want to help. Finally, in my case they agreed to a refund if I returned the items (at £16 cost to myself) but all I received was a partial refund of one item. I will be seeking a proper refund with the bank after all and reported the company.
