Secret coco have been amazing I ordered 3 sets loved 2 of them one was slightly too big and didn’t suit my figure shape however the customer service was amazing let me swap it for another size and a different style will defiantly shop here again :)

Radio silence when emailing for returns and shocking quality lingerie

I ordered £240 worth of lingerie from secretcoco - STAY AWAY - terrible quality. I want to return all my items, I tried to cancel my order after reading reviews and they told me I couldn’t cancel as the order had already shipped. Since receiving the order I have emailed them everyday for a week and TOTAL SILENCE. @secretcoco send me your return shipping details so I can post this back to you!!!!!! Order #4852

Secretcoco is a SCAM

This is not a business anyone should engage with. Let me get straight to the point by listing the issues
1. False Marketing
2. Atrocious product quality
3. Missing products (if you dare to order)
4. No company registration number or details on site
5. No contact details other than a support email
6. No adherence to their own documented return policy
7. If you bother to read their ‘Terms of Service’, section 5 actually states the following:
“We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.”

This effectively states that this company can sell you animal dung, market it as exquisite lingerie and if you (the consumer) don’t like it, then tough!

I have read previous reviews (sadly only after making a purchase myself) and can only confirm the exact same poor experience of others users who have voiced their frustration and disappointment here.

I have been trying to return the rags I received and get my money back but alas, they refuse to provide a return address or return my money and after 14 days of waiting for a promised refund, there is no money back, just silence.

Buyer BEWARE….. This site needs to be SHUT DOWN.

Sizing very small, terrible returns policy

The sizing is very small. I am a UK size 14 and I sized up, to a large which should be a 16-18. A 'nightdress' fits me like a very tight fitting vest. I was offered a free exchange... but there is no larger size. I was offered a 50% refund and to keep the items.
I was then offered to return the items, but shipping at my own expense... which is very expensive. I have kept them - I suspect they will go in the recycling. I wish I had never seen the advert.

One entire set didn't turn up

One entire set didn't turn up. And another the bra clip was broken. I've been trying to get refunds/discount/replacements and they just keep email the same questions over and over ignoring that I'm actually answering them. Don't buy anything from here. It's a scam.

Terrible quality!

Terrible quality!! So cheaply made. Threads fraying all everywhere. Considering these items aren’t on the lower end of the cost scale, you would expect a lot more!!
Sizing is way off, even using the size guide on the website.
Returns process stated unopened packaging only. Impossible to see the size and quality without opening it!

Cheap rubbish - listen to the 1* reviews- they are accurate


As other reviews stated, item arrives in cheap plastic packaging from China. The quality of the items are shocking. Stitching falling apart (just on opening, not even worn), random bits of material stuck in seams where there should be no material, fraying on all the edges of cuts and the sizing on the bra is completely off. I ordered a small, but the under bust measurement is so big I could wrap it around my body nearly twice so it wouldn't even stay in place on the tightest clasp.

This company is a complete con - a swanky website with prices that denote a certain level of quality - but it falls so far below expectations at this price point. What you receive is a knock off product that probably cost £1 or less to produce - absolute rip off.

I can only hope they can redeem themselves by responding appropriately to my complaint. If not, I'll be reporting them to Trading Standards.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - the reviews are all accurate.

Please save your money & time!

Absolutely horrendous, the products are of terrible quality, arriving in cheap plastic bags with stickers on with Chinese writing on, these garments are mass produced rubbish in China you would pay Shein prices for.
The customer service is terrible, their own returns policy states you still get the returns information with 24hrs, I’m now on day 4 and my 4th time of asking for the returns details, they are now saying they have 3 other options for me:
1. If the product lacks quality, please send us a photo. We’ll verify it and resend the order.
2. If the product lacks quality, send us a photo. You can choose a new product from our store, which will be sent for free. No need to return the current item.
3. I can request a 30% refund without the need to return the item, saving you shipping costs.

All of the above goes against their own return policy, they have been provided all the details needed including a photo showing all 3 products unopened in the bags as per the policy requirement for a return.

Please save your money and time, don’t entertain these people with an order you will be gravely disappointed and most probably end up out of pocket.
