The reviews are fake. I can tell you that they really screwed me over. Whatever you do, do not buy from them!!! You will thank me!
Background: I went to their store, and found a couch I liked. They offered me this special deal to pay in installments, so I took it as I had just bought a new home and needed the money. I concluded a contract with them on the 5th of September, when I paid the first installment of 250 EUR, in the shop. On that day, my sofa was in stock, at the shop in the Hague, as stated by the sales assistant. The sales assistants said that I can pay the second installment when they deliver the couch and that I can make an appointment for this delivery later on. Two weeks pass, and I get a phone call that they cannot deliver the couch until I paid everything. I told the customer service that this is not what was told to me when I orginally bought the sofa etc, but they insisted so I transferred the rest of 600 EUR. I contacted them afterwards to make an appointment for the couch delivery, but as it was the weekend, they refused and said I need to contact them during workdays. I contacted them again and we agreed that they will deliver the couch on the 29th of September. They said I will be the first one the list to get her delivery. Mind you, the delivery is 150 EUR extra. On the 29th of September, the delivery man told me that my couch was at a different store (???), so the sales assistants from the Den Haag store sold the couch that was intended for me to a different customer in the meantime. Starting the 29th until the 2nd of October, I called their driver and their call center multiple times, which had all ranges of excuses from ''This is the call center in Hengelo'' (?? there is only one number) to ''I cannot help you', you need to go to the Den Haag store". I went to the store, and told them that I wanted to cancel my order, as no one knew where my order was or when it was going to be delivered. They said that as a cancellation fee, a 50% fee will be deducted from the refund and if I do not want that, I need to give them more time to deliver. It doesn't matter the cancellation was due to their inability to deliver, nor did it matter that this couch was not custom-made, so they could re-sell it to anyone. This is illegal.
It's really a disgusting way to screw people over, so that's that.

Terrible experience — complete fraud. The store staff gave different information during booking and at delivery. They’ve lost my trust, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately I can’t rate them in negative.

On January 2nd, we purchased a sofa for €1757 from the store in The Hague. During the assembly process at home, we noticed that the bottom of the sofa was broken. The next day, we went back to the store and reported the issue. They reluctantly agreed to pick it up from our home and send it for repair, but only after charging us €75.
They picked up the sofa a month later and sent it for repair. By June 18th, we still hadn’t received any updates, so we went back to the store. The staff were extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife—yelling at her to wait outside and not to stay inside the store. When we refused to leave, they called the police.
We explained the situation to the police, stating that we had been without a sofa for 7 months. The police acknowledged that we were in the right. We then told the store we wanted a full refund, which they agreed to. They said the refund would be processed within 12 business days, but we still have not received our money.
This Monday, we will be taking legal action and filing a lawsuit against the Den Haag branch of this terrible company. They blatantly ignore the law and even the police. We have video evidence and an official police report from that day.
DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

Good price-quality ratio. Great service, many options to choose from and accesible price. It’s great that you can adapt it to your needs. Some minor details from the finishing and pick up has to be arranged, but this is mentioned when purchased (so no surprises). Would gladly recommend.

Big variety of sofas and combination of fabrics. Service in the shop was very good. Tarig gave us a lot of info, answered all our questions and explained about the offer they were having that day. He also explained the options for delivery and transport, which are from an external company

I went there last weekend to look for a sofa. Their sofas are comfortable, affordable, and beautifully designed.
The employees were amazing, they were very useful in the decision of the fabric and colours.

If there was a half-star review, I'd give it. The 1-star is for getting the sofa ready within the suggested timeframe. All you get from Seats and Sofas is a very expensive, horrible service. They delivered oversized sofas, and after filing a complaint, they called (after 3 working days) to let me know there was nothing they could do. They basically want to avoid making adjustments because they love squeezing every buck from you while providing a horrible service in return. Note, that I didn't specify the size of each seat, I provided them with the architecture of my house and they sent this. Apparently, it's my fault they didn't get the measurement right. Save your money, and use another provider. You'll definitely see a cheaper, better alternative.
Re: They responded to my review and suggested I contact them. After contacting them, they make the same claim that the evidence I provided of the right measurement was for a previous sofa which I didn't order. Does the measurement change if I order a different sofa? Like I previously said, this is a horrible company that will never accept blame or work to solve issues. They just want to act like they care but they really don't. Order an expensive sofa at your own peril.

I ordered a fully mechanised topline sofa from seat and sofa as I moved into my new home.
The sofa was delivered 3 months late, delaying plans to move in, with broken pieces.
While this may be an issue with a supplier, I was surprised with a downgrade in function when compared to the showroom.
When I enquired about this, I was surprised to see the sales team mention that I had signed for this downgraded model without my awareness. This is fraud, given that prices are not listed on the sofa model and the customer has no idea on what he is signing up for just going by the model name
I am contemplating if this calls for legal action based on the response I recieve from the company.
Company should profit by increasing the gap between procurement and sale, but do this ethically - the customer feels cheated and hurt with such actions!
