Store service was good - delivery not good
Store service was good but the after service delivery was not good. I indicated at the time that the apartment I was living had typical rotterdam stairs on one level. Was told then would need to pay more for delivery. Which I did . On the day the delivery company had no idea how to delivery the seats up stairs. No experience with rotterdam stairs. Forced me to get lift to get seats into the window. If experienced delivery people I think they could get it through stairs. Need to look at your delivery service company.
