We had a good shopping experience on…
We had a good shopping experience on the first day, but unfortunately, when we returned to the store the next day to collect the sofa, the model I had purchased was not available in the colour I had chosen. Since delivery had to be paid for separately, I would have had to pay again to collect it from another branch in Leiden, which was quite frustrating.
In the end, I managed to receive the sofa, and overall, I’m happy with its quality.
I was also told that €50 would be refunded to my account within a week due to the issues we experienced, but I’m still waiting and haven’t received the refund yet.
If these problems hadn’t happened, I would have had a much better overall experience. However, considering the quality of the sofa, I’m ultimately happy with my purchase.

Worst service ever
Worst service ever, they do not care about customers. Just for a simple query about my order I had to call them constantly more than 10 days. Moreover, their behaviour towards a customer who already deposited a booking money or fully payment is completely unprofessional. I never had such horrible experience in any other shop in The Netherlands. They charge extremely high for any kind of service which they don’t share before selling. The staffs are also very unprofessional.

Uit ons dossier blijkt dat u heeft gekozen voor een externe bezorgdienst, waarvan de voorwaarden en prijslijst bij aankoop aan u zijn verstrekt. Daarnaast is gebleken dat het zitmeubel niet zonder aanpassingen naar binnen past, wat afhankelijk is van de situatie in en rondom de woning.
Wij hebben met u meegedacht over mogelijke oplossingen, zoals plaatsing via achterom of via het raam. Ook hebben wij u gewezen op de mogelijkheid om zelf een externe meubelmaker in te schakelen voor eventuele (de)montage, indien u dat wenst.

Very comfortable DUBAI sofa :)
I bought a Dubai lounge sofa with a sleeping function for a great price. The store employee (Mr. R.S., one of the salespeople) helped me choose. The order was delivered very quickly, and I was notified immediately by phone. I can recommend this store to anyone looking for a good, comfortable sofa at a great price and friendly, helpful service. I have had my sofa for a week now and am very happy with it.

Strange start but excellent follow through
The first lady that welcomed and "explained" to us how the store works was very condescending but the other salesman and the manager was very helpful and friendly. We ended up walking out with a new couch which we are waiting to receive.
