Don't have the sofa yet because I have to wait at least 8 weeks, but the customer service was very nice.

The salesperson *Max* was der Star of the Show... he was patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful to us to decide and fought to get the best price for us also.
Great service and Sofa choices to choose from, they encourage you to try out each sofa and check comfort.
I highly recommend you ask for Max when visiting store in Wiesbaden!

I wish there was more transparency with the pricing. But all in all a great experience. Something I missed is a software for visualizing your configuration. That would help many people with their choice.

I've bought a sofa in Fürth. Service was great and personal was friendly and responsive. With this part I completely satisfied. I have also ordered a delivery with montage.

First minor issue: delivery and montage were delayed for 1 week without notification. I had to call myself to know the status. Nobody notified me in advance. However further support after my call was ok.

Second big issue: short after montage I've noticed that a sofa most probably was cut by a knife during unpackaging. It was hard to notice during montage itself as one have to seat on sofa to notice that.

Seats and sofas has procedure for this case - you have to write to a service mail. I did that at the same day and so far there was only one call in which they said that are going clarify the accident with delivery guys.

So far no response. I have already written 2 more emails which are left without feedback. So it lasts in total already more then 3 weeks. Most probably they completely ignored my case as document with delivery guys was signed before I noticed an issue.

In general I recommend buying there but managing delivery and montage on your own. Also check your products carefully as a service part after purchase is awful personally for me. If you want all together - I recommend to chose another shop.

Fraud has neither horns nor tail
I bought a sofa from this store on May 5th. The first seller said the price of the sofa was 7500 Euros, but finally he checked himself and in the end they gave us the sofa for 2500 Euros.
And at the same time, they should give two single sofas that are not available in the store and they said we will order them in two weeks and finally they will arrive in six weeks.

I don't know why the government doesn't deal with such liars, they cheat in broad daylight
The address of this store is near the Frankfurter Rink in Munich. I hope that a government official will see my comment and deal with these people.

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable salesman,I made my mind on the spot, which I don't usually do.
I appreciate also that he could also speak English when my German failed me.

Sofort wird man angequatscht und in ein Gespräch verwickelt. Schnell folgen „unschlagbare" Preise, die man um die Ohren gehauen bekommt. Von 3000€ ist man ganz plötzlich bei 1700€. Die wollen auf Verderb die Ware an den Mann bringen, auch als ich mich letztendlich für die Stornierung des Kaufvertrages (übrigens 25% des Kaufpreises) entschieden habe, wollte man mir andere Sofas andrehen, so dass die sich in iedem Falle das Geld des nichts ahnenden Kunden in die Tasche stecken können.
Das Wort Kulanz ist bei denen anscheinend nicht bekannt und beharren auf ihre 25% Stornogebühr, da es so viel Aufwand sei, den Vertrag im System zu ändern. Eine glatte 6.

Immediately you are chatted up and involved in a conversation. Quickly follow "unbeatable" prices that you get beaten around the ears. From 3000€ one is all of a sudden at 1700€. They want to spoil the goods, even when I finally decided to cancel the purchase contract (25% of the purchase price, by the way), they wanted to sell me other sofas, so that they can put the money of the unsuspecting customer in their pockets.
The word goodwill is apparently not known to those and insist on their 25% cancellation fee, because it is so much effort to change the contract in the system. A smooth 6.
