The saleswoman was very attentive and intuitive. She listened to what we were looking for (kid- and stain-resistant fabric) and showed us models which could use that fabric. When I looked hesitant about the couch my husband had selected, she gave us an offer on a different couch so that the one I wanted fit into our price range. I only take away 1 star because she was a bit misleading about the fabric we chose (it was synthetic leather, but she asked us to smell how it smelled like leather which was a bit misleading)

I was looking for a new sofa but actually not hurry to buy it. So, I decided to take a look in the store. The sellers were great, very attentive, helpful and not pushing (I hate pushing sellers and never buy from them). Fortunately, I have only good things to say about the service in this store. I ended up liking a model but not the color. They quickly customized the model to be exactelly as I would like. End of history, I bought my new sofa there and there and will definetly be my first place to visit for other related demands. Thanks Jasm....! You are a great seller!

It was overall good experience for us, so far we have not recieved the sofa but the behaviour at store was very good

Extortion, simple.. When we ordered in store we was never told that the sofa would not be delivered directly to our property, but rather delivered to store, only to be told that it's been delivered to the store and we have 2 days to collect or we will be charged 50 Euros per week until it is collected??

that is extortion plain and simple, but with no trading standards looking over your back it is plain to see you are a bunch of Crooks, don't answer the phone or emails to resolve the situation. I see now why you do not operate in the UK we have trading standards there, still I will have my lawyer deal with this situation now 3600 Euro for this...no thanks

I want to share my story with you, and at the same time get some answers or advice on what to do in this case. On October 8, 2020 I bought sofas at Seats and Sofas Deutschland (I am also attaching the photos), I paid in cash, and I received the letter of guarantee which is "valid" for two years. Thursday I come back from work and as always I lie down in my favorite corner, when suddenly the upper part breaks off where I also get injured. I was at the branch where I presented the problem, but I was not taken into account, they even treated me in a very rude way and told me that I should file the complaint online. I also filed the complaint online. Today I got a call where they tell me: we think you have caused the damage on purpose, they told me that it is not possible to happen, they told me that the guarantee will not be taken into account, I can say that I went crazy, I couldn't believe what I was hearing! I paid 1500€ for sofas that break down so quickly and most of all they do not take me into account, but I am accused as if I did it on purpose! I can say they are huge scam, and helpless.

If I could give zero stars I would have done that.

Never buy anything from this store. The boss is the most rudest and disrespectful person I have ever met. He doesn’t know how to talk to a customer, and makes false accusations. We have spent over many thousand euros and brought 2x 6 persons couch (which came with LOTS of damage) and also wanted to buy a relax sofa, because we wanted a complet set. First of all they promised it would arrive in June 2021, and then afterwards in September (the only excuse they of course used was “it’s corona”) but that’s bullshít. But we got a call in November that the relax sofa has arrived and when we asked if it could fit in a normal car, they said yes because it comes in pieces (they told us this, the day we ordered it and also the day it arrived). When it came and we wanted to get it we saw that this sofa also was damaged, and it was a fabricmistake so we took a picture to show them, because there was communication problem with the warehouse employees. The young lady at the desk was the only one out of all the employees who was actually nice and listened to us and understood what our point was, but the boss accused us of lying and began yelling at us and told us to go out of the store, just because we wanted to know why there was a fabric mistake. He continually said “Lady go out from her” lady this lady that, instead of talking to us like an actual human being. And when the young lady tried to explain to him, he just hushed her and began yelling even more. I’m gonna go further with this to my lawyer, and then we can take it from there. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. They start of being nice and all that and once you fall in their trap, it goes downhill! They will rip you of your money and lie to you.

Bad service and they lie when it comes to delivery time.
They told me they will charge 50 € per week if I don’t pick up the sofa and I was not in town but due to charges I had to pick it up.
Cannot believe these guys, horrible service and company.

The whole process of finding the right sofa in the fabric of my choice was really good. The Seats and Sofa team assisted me from start to finish. They also gave me a loan sofa till mine was ready, and I was really pleasantly surprised when I was notified after only 5 weeks that my sofa was ready.
The delivery were also great and I would like to thank the team for this excellent service!! Well done.
