They deal the customer realy nicely and explain all the features vey well, only i don’t like the policy they have about transportation, they brief it at the end and brief it like that doesn’t there concern and they charge heavy cost on transportation so better to talk them before buying anything.

Highly recommend this place.
Very friendly and helpful staff as soon as you walk in, large selection, and very well presented. They also accept tax free forms (VAT). Oliver helped us out and he was incredibly professional and nice to us with picking our first large size couch.

Terrible Customer Service from Seats and Sofas and delivery partner Alemannen-Umzüge GmbH. They put my newly bought Sofa under the sky as they couldn’t bring it up at 1st floor and didn’t get any reasonable solution as clients.

do not buy, misleading information
I am lowering my 5-star rating. The salesperson pressured me to give a positive review right before the purchase in order to get a 15 euro discount. The information was misleading. The company promises *Same Day Delivery* on the website, but the contract states a delivery time of up to four months. Everything seems appealing on the internet: the price is low, and the delivery time appears to be quick, but in reality, this is not the case. I find Seats and Sofas to be not transparent at all. The store manager in Berlin is also very, very rude and incompetent—a disgraceful behavior after the sale. I would not recommend anyone to buy from them. Stay away."

Ich habe ein Sofa bei ihnen gekauft und einen Konstruktionsfehler festgestellt. Ich habe mich sofort mit ihnen in Verbindung gesetzt und sie boten mir an, einen Techniker zu schicken, der das Sofa nach eineinhalb Monaten überprüfen sollte. Der verärgerte Techniker, der geschickt wurde, sagte, dass es über das hinausgeht, was für ihn repariert werden kann und ging zurück, um ihnen die Rückmeldung zu geben, dass mit dem Sofa alles in Ordnung ist. Wir kontaktierten sie zurück, um eine Lösung zu finden oder es zurückzunehmen. Das Unternehmen sagte, sie könnten nichts tun und wir sollten es weiterhin so benutzen. Was für eine verärgerte Antwort. Bitte meiden Sie sie, sie sind unseriös und zwingen Ihnen ihr schlechtes Produkt auf. Wir sind persönlich ins Büro gegangen, um uns zu beschweren, die Empfangsdame sagte, dass sie eine Lösung finden werden und rief uns am nächsten Tag an, dass sie nichts dagegen tun können. Sie sind Diebe, dubios und gezwungen, schlechte Produkte auf Sie.

I bought a Sofa from them and found a defect on the design. I contacted them immediately about this and they offer to send an Engineer to check after one and half month. The annoyed Engineer sent said it's beyond what could be repaired for him and went back to give them feedback that there is nothing wrong with the Sofa. We contacted them back to find solution or take it back. The company said they can't do anything about it that we should continue to use it like that. What an annoyed response. Please avoid them, they are dubious and forced their bad product on you. We went in person to the office to complain, the receptionist said they will find solution and called us the following day that they can't do anything about it. They are thief, dubious and forced bad product on you.
