This company is a complete sham they took my money didn't send my parts and won't answer my phone calls ,messages, emails I had to cancel my card that I used to purchase the leafspring that they refused to send to me and have not returned my money

This could be the worst company I have ever dealt with on the web. I have cancelled two orders dumb me I gave them a second chance. After 10 days the first order and 11 days the second with both saying pending and when I cancelled, I have 5 calls asking why. Maybe you should put the people making the calls in the office to take care of orders before you make the customer mad. I actually get better service from the fly by night companies that sell sunglass

Brain is the best. He truly deserves a raise. He got my parts out next day for less money than the shop was charging me. Making sure our camping trip would still happen! Promote that guy asap.

NO PHONE SUPPORT, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WAITED 19 DAYS FOR NO ANSWER ON SHIPPING DATE . WASTED TIME GETTING STRUNG ALONG.

Matt was able to find the correct set up for my motorhome when I was not sure what exactly would fit. The parts where shipped all the way to ocean shores WA. and received in excellent condition and on time. Would recommend Matt as a person to contact. Being originally from smithtown it was nice to have hometown help !!!

Derrik was very helpful and corrected my order to fit my particular motor home. He stayed on the line until everything was correct. Thank You Derrik!

Place order and couple days later got email that there were out of stock and wait for new stock. I called them talk to Derrik very helpful told me I wouldn't get order in time. He also look up different sites for me. Derrickdid everything in his power to help but no one had anything in my time frame. So he refunded my money back.

Going on 3 months since I placed my order.

3 weeks ago they charged me an extra 30 dollars to have it shipped within 2 days. It is going on two weeks since I was supposed to be provided a tracking number. They have ignored 3 requests over the 2 week period for my tracking number.

Buyer beware

When are you going to resolve this problem of mine,or are you just a fake??

Brian was very helpful in letting us know that with the leaf springs we really needed the UBolts also. Price was good. Even though we expected less, we did not know about the UBolts and the importance of replacing them. If we would not have called Brian today, we would have ordered the leaf springs without the necessary other parts. THANK YOU BRIAN FOR EXCELLANT SERVICE!!

Derrik actually looked into my problem and gave me some hope after a month of phone calls talking to other reps. He personally sent me an email and offered a grift from the company’s behalf for the lack of communication from others.

Ordered airbags for my truck,
Was stated that I would get in 5 days never received, called office was told by phone representative name Kai that if I wanted my order that I would have to pay $36 and if I don't pay then I will just have to keep waiting for who nows how long, this company is scaming people out of money asked to speak to management never got a hold of anyone, when this company is a scam. Don't spend money here,

First time I tried to buy some Air Lift airbags from SD Truck Spring, waited and waited for them to ship. Finally tried Chat to ask them where the order was, that didn't work, waste of time. Then finally got thru with an email, after 12 days of waiting, found out they were back ordered. Why couldn't they tell me this 10 days ago? Had to cancel that order, took a few weeks to get my $ back. Then, a year or so later, I tried to get an Adduce Sway Bar from them. 10 days later....still waiting. Customer Service is a total joke! They put you on hold for over and over for 15-45 minutes, they promise you satisfaction and information (on shipping) and never give it to you. Only way out is to cancel your order and hope you actually get your money back! Oh, yeah, I want to add that the Customer Service Representative requested, in the one and only email, that his name, Derrick Peterson, be in the review. Derrick Peterson.
