I do not understand all the negative reviews…

I do not understand all the negative reviews! I had a response from Megan within about 15 mins of me contacting them to flag an issue with my delivery (it was via instagram not email tho...)
Less than a week later the issue has been rectified and I could not fault their customer service.
Products look exactly like the photos on the website and cant wait to install them this weekend.
Photos will be on my insta (willow.tree.cottage) for anyone that wants to see this is a legit review.

I'm.having a terrible time with this…

I'm.having a terrible time with this company. I was sent the wrong order 6 weeks ago and since then written numerous emails, get a reply and then I'm ignored, I have been on the phone to them three times, waiting in a que for 25 minutes and the last conversation I was promised a refund and it has not been done. I'll be ringing them again this week. I have never experienced such terrible customer service.
I was contacted yesterday after writing to them again. Assured they would prioritise my refund as a matter of urgency. This has not been done?!!
I am so shocked by the treatment to a customer.

I do not like writing negative reviews…

I do not like writing negative reviews but this company deserve it. I agree worst company every. I ordered 1 adjustable kaleidoscope radiator cover on 8 January 2022 @ (£90.00) and Ok with the 8 week delivery, due by March. I did not receive any updates and they did not inform me that they could not meet this date. I had to chase the company for an update. Further assurances of delivery by May, then June, then end of July. The company have still not delivered, they do not provide updates or respond to emails and I waited 20 minutes to get through on the phone.. I have now had to cancel the order and they have promised a refund, hopefully, this will arrive without further chasing. In addition, unbelievably, they are still advertising this product for sale at a discount price of £67.00 with 8/10 week delivery!

Charlatans! If I can say anything about Screen with…

If I can say anything about Screen with Envy it would be AVOID at all costs. I placed an order on 23rd June 2022 which never arrived. I emailed several times, engaged in the online chat at least 5 times and kept being given the same information, it's due in August (at the moment) then they stopped responding.
When I finally got fed up of being ignored I raised it as a query with PayPal. Then it transpired I had apparently ordered incompatible items, which they don't full-fill or even let you know. They'd never once mentioned this previously and they hadn't contacted me or refunded me.
They suggested I pay more to upgrade to compatible items, saying if I did I could have my order within the week.
I paid, stupidly believing them.
I received 3 tracking emails, all from different courier companies, all with a consignment number but no other information. No delivery arrived.
So today I contacted them with the pictures of the various consignment numbers and said I was concerned that they were acting fraudulently and was going to contact trading standards. Within an 2 hours I received a response saying they'd cancelled my order and recalled it from the courier because 'you have named us fraud' 'We wish you a pleasant day ahead'
So all I can say is AVOID Screen with Envy and thank goodness I used PayPal.

Don’t order from Screen with Envy

Don’t order from Screen with Envy. Over promise and underdeliver.
Ordered 4 trellises in May.
Waited and waited but nothing arrived. Very hard to get through to them and then much more empty promises. Found out they were sold out - why sell something you don’t have and not even let the customer know that? So changed to a different trellis, promised they would be sent out but nothing arrived.

After much chasing finally told they were coming in end of July. End of July came and went and in mid August (via Georgia who very possibly is the only one who can do anything) , I was promised them. But not the ones I wanted as they were still unavailable.

A package arrived today after a day of waiting and I was so happy … only to open in to find a lone trellis. Where are the other 3? More chasing?

Frustrating and disheartening. Avoid this company at all costs. They should be lucky to have Georgia who at least is true to her word.

Screen with envy are all over social…

Screen with envy are all over social media, offering 25% here 50% there...problem is they can't fulfil their customers orders so why keep advertising and generating business (money in their account!) when they do not have the infrastructure within the company to meet demand. The sales team must be as frustrated as the customers...come on Berkert's get your business sorted!!

I've placed 2 orders now, the first came quickly and was spot on, missing a gate, but they did inform me after I placed the order it would be a 6 weeks wait. I accepted that but am now chasing them up for a delivery date. The job needs finalizing and getting contractors is hard enough but not having a confirmed date for delivery is very frustrating! No sign at all of my second order so really don't know what is going on there.
Such a shame as the products are really lovely.

Unable to rectify mistakes

I bought two planters one arrived in the right colour and is lovely but the second one was in cream instead of grey.After numerous email and tries at contacting customer service I have been unable to resolve this matter.Going off other reviews it appears that when things go wrong the company is incapable of rectifying the issue.Be very careful if you order from this company there are others around that are more reliable.I wish I had read the reviews before spending a large amount of money.

After placing an order for decorative…

After placing an order for decorative screens on Sunday 24th July I followed order up on the 29th July to be told that one of the items was out of stock and would take approximately 3 weeks. I ordered a different screen, received confirmation of order and consingment note from Tuffnells. It is now Wednesday 3rd August, after spending a long time on live chat and a couple of telephone calls including Tuffnells nobody seems to know where my order is. I have been told to call back on Friday as they are unable to cancel my order until then. I would avoid Screens with Envy as their customer service leaves alot to be desired. Basically they are blaming Tuffnells and as far as I can gather it is them that have not placed by order. Absolute disgrace

THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING FROM SCREENS WITH ENVY I ordered 4 5mm screens from them via…

I ordered 4 x 5mm screens from them via their internet page. I received an email apology for delay in delivery saying that it had not left the warehouse. I then sent them and email to say I wanted to cancel my order as I had ordered the wrong size and would need the 16mm screens. I received an customer service action number and no further follow so I decided to ring them direct that day to say I wanted to cancel the order as it was the wrong size. I was told that it would take a long time to get a refund that way and that she could amend the order and send me an invoice to cover the difference. Once this was paid the warehouse would send the new screens out. I agreed to this approach. She could not give me the opportunity to pay there and then because I was told the barcodes had changed on the system and it would take her an hour to sort it out!

I then received an email later that day to say the screens had been packed and were in the warehouse waiting for the courier to turn up so they said it was too late to amend the order ? And they were going to send them to me anyway despite me telling them I wanted to cancel the 5mm screens and not to send them.

I now have to pay to try and get them sent back to them despite telling them not to send them to me. Reading other reviews it would seem that this company is a difficult company to deal with and almost impossible to get your money back and a refund. It is so disappointing that they have sent me screens that I have told them I do not want as I need a larger 16mm size. The customer service person I spoke to this morning about it didn’t want to know other than to tell me that the return would be for me to pick up the cost. The bottom line is I tried to cancel my order before it had even left the warehouse and they ignored that probably because they had my money and surplus 5mm screens that they want to get rid of.

So Georgia still no refund! You have partially refunded the goods I sent back but failed to refund me for the gates you never actually delivered! I am over £500 out of pocket still. Its shameful! I have spent since 9am this morning being fobbed off by "Oli". I have contacted all consumer programmes and press. You advertise as official supplier to Love Island, what about this headline Love Island Cheats! I am an NHS worker who has worked tirelessly during the pandemic as have many others and my hard earned cash has been scammed, shame on your organisation!

I brought a driveway gate and a…

I brought a driveway gate and a pedestrian gate from this company for £2500 so not cheap and was advised on the site as next day delivery as I had builders in. After the order was put through I was told it would be 6 weeks!!
I waited the 6 weeks and when they said it was coming it didn’t come so had to pay builder for another missed day. When it did come they sent a sliding gate instead of a swinging gate so again builders could not do that one as we had to then wait for them to send out the right gate.
So now the builder started on the pedestrian gate and they had sent out the wrong coloured slats. So again builder cannot do the work but I get charged for all these mistakes.
I have now been waiting for over a week for the new slats which they said would be with me next day and the courier they use is Hermes and they have twice cancelled the delivery and after I wrote to them said they tried to deliver to but no one was in but we have cameras on our house and have been here all day and no delivery so lying!!
Rang screen with envy and supervisor won’t talk to me and not there problem. They have my money and don’t care.
