2 years and still waiting….

Hi - I’ve been chasing SWE for over 2 years about missing/damaged black handrails. I was offered 8 grey replacements + £100 to get them re-sprayed, which I initially turned down because I wanted a perfect finish but after over 18 months I decided to bite the bullet and accept. However, despite repeated promises, excuses and vague updates, nothing has ever been dispatched and no comp payment has been made. I’ve sent multiple messages and emails since July with no response. Now the website says black handrails are “back in stock soon”—all I’ve ever wanted is the 8 I paid for in perfect, new condition. Last ‘promise’ was made in July and now they are completely ignoring me! Please stop ignoring me SWE and resolve this. Camille has all my messages on your FB messenger business chat. Do the decent thing.

Scam company

Scam company, DO NOT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS. The directors of this company managed to find a loophole in UK law to trade after robbing, yes robbing customers of their money and never sending product. They are doing it again and this should not be legal, but after receiving all the legalese bull, essentially our Courts have allowed them to do it again. I am in the trade and I know its a scam, please please please do not buy from them.

Ordered 10 screens all arrived

Ordered 10 screens all arrived. Took about 3 weeks however they are selling them at an amazing price so I would imagine they have a massive load of orders to get out. This poor company is getting bad reviews and I am not sure why. Yes the old company went busy but give the new company a chance. Beautiful screens delivered at an amazing price am really happy. I have ordered off them 5 times no issues. Little wait for your order but worth it. PLEASE GIVE THEM A CHANCE. I think some of the other reviews are from old disgruntled customers, as it almost put me off. But glad I still ordered as beautiful screens at amazing prices.

Placed order 17th July - Lots of excuses and no goods.

Placed order 17th July. Got email advising being shipped to DHL. Then that it had been delayed. 28th July followed up and got email from Camille saying they were searching their depot, if no answer will issue replacement, then nothing. Emailed again this time Jasween replied saying searches came back negative. He could arrange a full refund or replacement but that the Verdure were no longer in stock. I checked their website and they were selling the Verdure online saying in stock that very day! Jasweens response was they are in stock but not logged in the system yet with their fulfilment company and if I could wait they would be despatched in a weeks time. Follow up again this time to have George respond. Now my order is stuck with DHL so they have raised a query with them and they would be in touch within 72 hours. Follow up AGAIN from me and another response from George asking me to give them 1 week to resolve this and if I do not receive my order to email them back and they will arrange a replacement.
It appear to me they are taking peoples money when they clearly do not have stock. I will be contacting my credit card company to report it as a fraudulent sale and also trading standards if I do not have this resolved by end of business today.
Friend of mine bought from them a few years ago and never received her order but given that they were used on "Love your garden" recently I thought they had sorted themselves out. Clearly not.
Will happily come and update my review if I get this resolved and receive the order that I have paid for.

Have had promises of delivery

Have had promises of delivery, on the very few occasions theyve replied to emails. DHL never receive from them, cannot understand why DHL arent kicking off, they must be getting hassle from irate customers, but they just send a "we are expecting your parcel" email then nothing, this has been going on since June. So the same as all the other reviews, don't buy from them. No answer to calls , very few replies to emails, seems like Jasween & George are the only 2 working there so no wonder the phones are switched to answer. Never experienced anything like this and it's not cheap goods , it's a shame as the products are stunning the company's just a sh** show. I genuinely can't understand how trading standards aren't all over them or possibly fraud, because its exactly what they are doing defrauding numerous people of money. Go to Charles & Ivy a reputable company not this lot.

Finally clearpay sorted my refund.
Please avoid this company they are frauds!! They take your money but do not sent out the products. 31st of May I ordered mine and still now they telling me items are in production. Nothing on there website states its all made to order! They hold you out long enough so u have to fight to get your money back!!

Complete scam avoid them

Complete scam avoid them. They take your money and don’t send out the goods never pick up the phone or respond to emails.
I’m contacting the bank to see if I can get my money back.

I ordered 2 radiator covers on the 24th…

I ordered 2 radiator covers on the 24th April,I’ve been fobbed off so many times by ‘Jasween’ saying there was a delay with delivery! Now my emails are ignored & no one answers the phone.I did go to Clearpay to open a dispute but they closed it saying it’s up to screen with envy to sort it out with them! Can’t believe Clearpay let screen with Envy use them as a payment option knowing they are scammers!
I really wished I’d done my homework on this company first!
Please avoid I really wish I had.

Avoid

Wouldn’t leave any stars if I had choice. Ordered on 4th June as dispatch said 3-5 working days. No contact with update. Can’t message on Instagram. Phone line is just answer machine. Emailed for update, told they were moving warehouses and there was a delay, wouldn’t have ordered if we’d known. Asked to cancel order. No response. Received dispatch note with tracking from DHL, no order information on it said would be delivered 22June. Nothing. We have contacted credit card company to obtain refund.

Awful

Awful, incorrect order received, although looking at other reviews I’m surprised I received anything at all. Emails and messages not answered and their telephone number goes straight to a pre recorded message. Avoid!!! I’ve no idea how they are still allowed to be in business!

Devasted

On the 16th May 2023 I stupidly paid this company £1509.50 for fencing before checking Trust Pilot. Delivery dates have come and gone and still no fencing. They do not answer the phone, reply to emails or have live chat. I am devasted and don't know where to turn. I paid with my bank card so do know if I will get any of of it back. The sad thing is I ordered goods approx 2 yrs ago and although it took time to arrive arrive it did and was really good quality and visually perfect. Everyone commented on them. I hope my orderdoes turn up as I can't afford to go elsewhere. This has been an eye opener for me. In future check companies out before sending money.
