Quick easy transition and easy to use ordering and delivery. Highly recommend.

I have tried to phone the company direct has I wanted to speak to someone in person to place an order for my third bike purchased from them over the years. I wanted to ask for a loyal customer discount.
I do trust the company and their bikes. they would have many more sales from old fashioned people like me who would rather speak face to face ideally. i have attempted to ring over several different days,
at one point I spent 1hr 30 minutes on hold before I hung up!

Bought a 50cc dirt bike from them opened and put together Christmas Eve will only start with choke off then cuts out my boy cannot ride which all should be working it’s new and on phone 1hour 40 mins then just went off and was caller number 2 in the queue for 1hour and 25 mins of the call don’t worry Klarna Have held your payments

No shipping information on hold on phone for over a hour and 30 minutes never got through. Several emails but still no shipping information. Took payment straight away. Shocking customer service will never use again or recommend to anyone

seems to me like an honest company
the scooter i ordered appears to just what ive been seeking. ie. light weight and i can store in in house

Don’t dare ever having any business with this rotten scoundrels. I am an 83 year old disabled pensioner. Ordered a mobility scooter weight 22kg. A 42kg monster arrived. Begged them to take it back and refund my money. Nothing happening. No response to any of my emails. Telephone calls impossible. I am taking a county court summons.

Ordered replacement battery for my ebike. It arrived well packaged and in good time. Easy to fit and giving me lots more mileage on the bike.

Couldn’t place order over phone wanted black front mudguard instead had to order silver one on line but other than that service ok

Ordered a motocross bike came fitted it together mud flaps etc don’t fit proper but thought it would do for first bike for grand kids
Bike don’t run conks out as soon as use throttle when emailed company they said will send out new parts and I can pay for mechanic to fit when I said no way it’s a new bike I’m not playing about with it you need to exchange it , then they wanted me to pay to send back still 3 months later no bike that works and emails take for ever to respond you can’t phone them which I now know is because they will get so much abuse if mines anything to go buy total scam don’t buy from them

I can honestly say I would not give this company even one star but I had too to enable me to leave review!
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, sending out sub standard faulty goods.
They take so long to reply to emails and try to hang out their useless answers.
