quick delivery i read reviews after ordering got worried but had no need to had mobility scooter 4 months now works good no probs only thing i would say is wheel hubs are weak would have been better if left hubs of and used a cap over wheel nut but that is a tiny thing not to worry about very happy and a good price my wife can now come to town with me

Absolutely disgusting customer service, sent us a noterbike that would never start, wouldn't answer any phone calls or emails until after 28 days and would not give us a refund! Paid £30 to have it delivered and they said we have to send it back to them if we want to get it repaired! If I could give 0 stars I would, absolutely disgusting! Would recommend no one buy anything from them!

Where do I start ordered my son an electric quad bike on the 27th nov so I had it in plenty of time for Xmas 2days before Xmas got it out to build it but when you turn key then forward it shots away no throttle control wots so ever definitely not safe.
Tired phoning to never get through and Email addresses on website didnt work so phoned Klarna to which I had 1 payment to be made they were so helpful and held back payment till I got hold of the company.I ended up getting them on phone to which was a different email address than website I’ve sent them a video of how the quad works they stated a new ESC to which I agreed to send part as they said it was easy to fit or used YouTube it arrived and had about 13 wires coming out of this looked under the quad where it’s to be replace it’s like spaghetti junction I don’t have a clue how to take the other off to put the new 1 on.I went to my local mechanic and he told me not to touch it if I do I will affect my Warranty as I said to them I bought this to be in working order this has never been out the house not having to fix it myself b4 I use it.
So they have said I can send it back to to be looked at but I have to pay for it to get to them and back to me and if it’s a manufacturing fault I will get reimbursed to for it getting sent back to me once they have a look at it. Yes they have sent me the part yes they are offering to fix it but it’s me that’s out of pocket for the delivery’s don’t see why I should be.
I’ve asked them how do I send back without box and what company do I go through as I’ve never done this before they’ve still not said I’ve kept all my emails to bad from them going to be to the citizens advice as i want more information where I go from here.

There is no minus star rating for this company I purchased a dirt bike for my son 4 Christmas tried to start it Christmas day and it wouldn't start had a guy look at it he got it goin after replacing the coil and smoke was coming out of every hole on the bike have been emailing these since 27th of December they told me they were sending a replacement engine out 5 times still waiting my son looks at bike everyday and asks y isn't my bike fixed yet so anyone thinking of using this company don't waste ur money with this company

Recently sent my e-bike in for repair.it took Over a week to replace the motor. Upon receiving my bike back it was poorly put back together screws and rubber bungs missing and main body loose and rattling

My scooter was ordered and delivered in good time and very professional. My husband assembled my scooter and for the price I paid I am extremely pleased with the condition and sturdiness of the scooter. Would definitely recommend you buy one.

All fields were OK and understandable

All seemed to go well, only now they have sent the wrong scooter and tried to get me to pay for its return, I have asked to cancel the order and a full refund but no signs of them doing either. Would not recommend this company to anyone. They need to look into their customer service.

I ordered a £400 e scooter and paid £30 for delivery to ensure there will be no damage on transit, when it come the ignition is so far down the barrel that the key doesn't reach it so can't be used I have emailed them with no response so my next step is going to be Trading standards I think! Unbelievable customer service obviously they know what they are doing not having a customer care phone line so that they can scam people out of their money! I'm going to give it 1 more day and if they don't respond I will be going to Trading standards and civil court if I have to, I'm on benefits and can afford to be scammed of £430
