I have been a customer at Scooter City for many years, and I guarantee they go out of their way to be of help! Recently I needed to buy a new mobility scooter, and because I greatly enjoy speed and having the wind blow the dust off of me, they sent Roy to my home to try out 2 of their fastest scooters. I chose the fastest one, of course. Unfortunately, upon taking it any great distance, I found the method the model used to control the speed required using my thumb only. Having had surgery on the base of that thumb, I found it uncomfortable to control the speed easily. Also, the scooter suddenly stopped several times going up a hill from our parkade. To get a different scooter would have cost me more money, so I said I would keep it even though the speed control could not be altered, and there was no evidence of it stopping suddenly on the hills near the store. I was given a trial one while mine was being looked at, and I liked it, but could not afford to pay the difference between it and the one purchased originally. Amy spent most of her day discussing my situation with the powers involved, and, long story short, I get to keep the trial scooter at no additional cost. They will lose $ on the scooter I returned, because they can't sell it as a new one, so I'm very grateful they went to bat for me and are allowing me a straight trade. Go there, you won't be disappointed!

I am blown away by this scooter can go 30 kilometres distance at a speed of 40kmh is it very fast especially going down narrow streets and roads

Delivery was a day later than expected but was kept updated and arrived with no issues, my grandsons first 50cc bike so hopefully scooter city can help me with the upcoming grey hairs.

I have a good experience with this company.I ordered an electric scooter and an packed of three batteries and everything was ok,I received in a proper manner,in good conditions this items .There not was any problems with quality and I received the items in the time specified.So,I recommend scootercity to everyone.

The delivery guys put the box containing the scooter just inside my front door. They told me it was heavy. But I had already worked out how I was going to handle it. I put the box down on the floor, and took it into the front room. It would of been helpful if the delivery guys had hung around until I checked the contents.

I bought a Reduced Z2 Aluminium Folding Electric Bike (SKU: REDUCED11 — Standard 1 Speed, 9AH, Gloss Black) and a Tracker Mini Anti-Theft Asset Tracker (SKU: VTRACKER) from Scooter City on 11 January. From day one the tracker recommended for the bike didn’t fit, and I experienced immediate problems with the wheels and other equipment.

After emailing support they were communicative and responsive, which I appreciate. However, despite that support the bike appears to have been sold close to unusable condition. In under a year I’ve spent £359 on repairs and now need to replace the second outer wheel (approx. £25) and an inner tube (£20). I’m 24 and rely on the brands I buy — I feel misled and that my money went toward fixing a product rather than owning one that worked.

If you’re considering buying from Scooter City, be cautious: good customer communication but the product I received was not fit for purpose. I expected better quality for the price.

Ordered an electric balance bike for my son’s upcoming birthday. Very quick delivery, easy purchase. Excellent bike, everything included in the box to put the last couple of bits together. We went for the zipper kids electric balance bike. Best price on the market, excellent experience. Had 1 question about the bike which I have only sent over tonight but can imagine it will be a quick and simple response.

Love my scooter it helps me get around and im so so greatful of this scooter that its changed my life

Where do you poorer quality? You cannot get your delivery on the time also I see it is not starting so I am trying to contact with him. How should I return to you? Not telling me and they have no contact number on the website
