Failed the credit check when i don't…
Failed the credit check when i don't even have a dicret debt in my bank so it poor custom service because charity how your helping people when u can't even help me I am moving house and I have a child

Not a very good company at all
Not a very good company at all. I applied for a fridge freezer, I have enough money to pay the weekly payments. And apparently I did not pass the affordability checks. Although I have more than enough left for the payments. Not a helpful company although they make it seem like you will get the product and then fail you for no reason at all?

Smart service to all.
Just applied and so far i have found that their level of service fantastic, from their easy to navigate website to receiving confirmation emails to phone calls, very pleasant and helpful. Truly a smart way to deal and provide great assistance to their new prospective customers and I would imagine the same level for their existing customers.

I sometimes struggle to buy the things I need for my home. Smarterbuys have been able to help with the things I need at an affordable price and manageable repayments. Any time I have spoken to the staff they have been very helpful.

We only do new credit searches once every 6 months as it can negatively affect a person's credit rating if there are lots of searches on it so we prefer to leave it the full 6 months.
