I got this through Barclays offers and it is a very useful as I travel a lot and don't want to deal with the hassle of excess luggage at the airport. The product was delivered within days!

Bought these via a barclays bespoke offer. Order went through fine online through Sash Time. Pretty quick delivery and the scales were well packaged. Seems like a good product (saw these after our holiday so will have to wait until next year to use them properly on our luggage) but looks like a good product and small enough to chuck in your hand luggage for the return journey (for all those added extras bought on holiday!)

had a few hi cups to begin,went through barclay bespoke offers, code was not being accepted tried a few times , then got in touch with barclays, gave me a different code and all was ok, nicely packaged . havent tried out properly as not been on holiday since recieving them.

This was a Barclays Bespoke offer which then went through Sash Time. Everything went through smoothly on line, it was a quick delivery and the scales were packaged well. I have tried them on a dummy run and everything seems fine. Very good product will enjoy using them on holiday

Went via Barclays bespoke offers, but having paid for my voucher, the Sash Time website wouldn't accept it. Long story short, nearly an hours worth of hassle, phone calls, emails and a five day wait before issue rectified. However from there in all went smooth, quick delivery, well package and product appears to work as designed, although not really put through a live use yet as not been away.

Just a quick update to say the Travel Scales purchased from Sash Time work perfectly, are very accurate and now always accompany me whenever I travel abroad. Great piece of Travel Kit.

Bought a handle to help get out of bath. Excellent product and value for money. Delivery at lightening speed. Highly recommend. Would use again. Brilliant communication. Sadly the security was short lived as this now slides all over the place and cannot be relied upon.

received a discounted voucher via GROUPON for a handle for the shower and the price was too good to be true, so we ordered one it came within the specified time, we were so pleased with this item we actually sent away for another one right away it also arrived on time and they are both a god send, as my wife needs this handle to hold on in the shower. and I confirm there is no way it will come away when you hold on to it.

I purchased from Sash Time with some hesitation as the price was too good to be true, but figured that if the product wasn't up to much at least I've not wasted too much money. To my delight the product arrived way earlier than expected, the packaging was good(no wastage) and to cap it off the product works a treat, happy days all round! Super service, keep up the good work.

Bought a Space Invaders money box game as a birthday present for my husband, it arrived quickly & with no damage. Its slightly smaller than I expected but will still be played with.

I ordered an item 6 weeks ago but since the email to say it had been dispatched, I have heard nothing. I have emailed and called customer services with no response. I can't be sure if they're incompetent or fake but either way don't take the risk.

I ordered an item on the 24th June, through Mighty Deals, with Sash time being the supplier.

The money was taken straight away from my account & no goods were supplied over a week later, so I phoned the customer service line.. No answer.

My next port of call was to leave a message on their customer help page & once again, no answer was given.

I'm currently in the process of contacting watchdog.

I wish I'd seen these very poor reviews first & if you've noticed, most of their 5stars reviews come from (surprise surprise) people in Glasgow, which is where their offices are based.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

No goods and no refund. They say they have refunded but untrue, will not give details as to how refund made. Do not answer emails or return phone calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Hi, It's about 3 weeks, I haven't received my product yet; although this order was for next day delivery. I have sent more than 18 emails to the seller but no one has replied me yet. I didn't know this company has lots of complain about customer service. I have checked on their courier's tracking number, they didn't dispatch my product yet. I have made mistake because I have paid them by credit card instead of PayPal so they are taking advantage. Now I have to call to my credit card company to get my money back. Please don't make mistake like me; if you buy anything from this company then you will face same problem like me. Maybe company will reply here very nicely but don't believe them, just check the courier's reference to know about this order.

Sash Time is amazing website, easy to navigate. I bought Groupon voucher for Phillips mood light and redeemed voucher on sash time website within few clicks.
