aftercare from sashtime is horrendous I bought a steam mop from them in June last year, it broke in December, after calling them and emailing them I don't know how many times now it has still not been replaced each time I was told oh somebody else is dealing with it they will call you back, well guess what this did not happen, on the last occasion I was told that they only replace goods up to 3 months old, so I quoted them the sale of goods act which actually requires them to refund, replace or to repair faulty items up to 12 months, well surprise surprise this doesn't apply to them for some reason. Even after sending the required documents to them so that they could read the sale of goods act for themselves still no joy.
The best bit is on the product it quite clearly states 3 year guarantee.
There customer service is a joke and will never be using them again, once they have your money if anything goes wrong with your product your done for.

Bought a set of luggage scales which are as described, well packaged fast delivery and good product

I ordered luggage scales for a holiday we have on the horizon. Flying with Easyjet and wanted to ensure we don't over pack in either direction. Ordered through a Barclaycard offer and wasn't expecting much for the price, being honest. What I received was an excellent product, well packaged and despatched in super fast time. Well done Sash. Would certainly use you again.

Delivery was fast, product works well. The only reason for 4 stars only is that a brochure with drying times should have been published along the product description for informed purchase as many items take up to 36 hours to dry. During summer is ok as I have solar panels so not bothered with 250 watts per hour, but for someone who doesn't have them or during winter times that is quite expensive ...
Other than that , good product as I have tested it with some sweet potatoes for my dog and some mango for us.

I purchased the food dehydrator at a superbly reduced priced. The product is excellent and my first use with apples was a great success. Looking forward to trying it with other things.

I bought a food dehydrator via a voucher site. I initially had a problem ordering because the voucher code kept being rejected. I tried to call Sash Time but could not get through. I sent an email but received no reply. In the meantime I kept trying and, after two days, was able to order online. Once ordered the item arrived very quickly, was packed well and is of good quality.

Not used these yet but ordering was simple and delivery was very, very prompt.
I have sent a message with my order and am waiting for a reply.

Bought a first aid kit from Sashtime and it's ideal for our motorhome it's good quality and was delivered within couple of days even had curtesy call to see if I was satisfied,not many companies do that these days,I will certainly buy again from them.
