Connor and Carl been out yesterday and today and done a great job with my summer house. No messing, no nonsense and they have been great to deal with. This is a very good company to deal with from start to finish and i would highly recommend you go and take a look at the showroom if you in any doubts as to the quality of the houses. Lovely customer service staff as well and special shout out to Megan who has been excellent.

Have had an eco-pod delivered and constructed. The communication was very clear from the start to finish, and the guys that built the eco-pod were punctual, and did a superb job.

The Noah team were very good right from the start. Queries I had about the cabin we were ordering were answered straight away, and communication from them was excellent. The cabin arrived on the scheduled day and at the promised time, and the 2-man team were professional, polite and very helpful. So far we are extremely pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend Noah.

Overall this company are great. Office/sales staff were really helpful when dealing over the phone and communication was really good. The only reason I’ve left a star off is because of confusion around the base. We chose this company partly due to location and the fact they would deliver and build it, but also largely because we didn’t want the hassle of a concrete base. When we placed our order over the phone they were really thorough and we really thought the base was included in the package price. It was only when I called to confirm some final details 2 weeks before delivery was due that we discovered the base was not included and hadn’t been ordered. While I accept some responsibility for this misunderstanding I was really surprised that the company weren’t at any time concerned enough to enquire if we had a base sorted, feels like an oversight.
That said, I really cannot fault anything else about the service, quality of work or after sales care; they have been exemplary on all counts. The builders that came to install the building could not have been more professional or friendly and the couple of snags we have had with the building have been dealt with and fixed really quickly.

The build went very smoothly care taken by the team, the electrician explained everything and again care showed.
Pod is up and running with bar installed and tv up. Everyone likes what has been done.

I am very pleased and happy with the end result of my new garden room. The team did an amazing job Paul arrived 7am everyday on time. The first day Tom and Conner's van broke down and they made every effort to make sure my garden room arrived on the day which it did though later thanks to Tom and Conner. The team worked really hard to make sure my garden room was erected. Paul especially took so much pride in his work and has done such a fantastic job. Paul is a credit to Noah garden rooms company. I can't thank him enough as he worked really hard to make sure my garden room looked amazing. The team were always polite and friendly, I made sure they had cold drinks or hot drinks during there time building my room after a two and half hour journey to get to Basingstoke. My garden room has the WOW facture my family love it! as I do. Also thank you to Tilly for keeping me updated with emails and any information that I needed.

Supportive from design, organisation, delivery and installation of our garden room. Such a high standard of workmanship and quality. We are very pleased with our chosen garden room as well as service.

I was a little nervous about ordering from a company I knew very little about. I did lots of research & finally took the plunge and am so glad I did!
We spent lots of time getting the base right as we had a nightmare with a different company previously so knew this was essential.
The product (Otley Deluxe) is fantastic, the fitters (John & Darren) were brilliant, very friendly, skilled & efficient.
I’ve used the garden room lots already. I am glad I opted for the reinforced floor as it feels really solid and the room looks great.
My only very minor point of feedback was with the pre-installation interactions. It felt a little full on but I can imagine this is needed as people haven’t followed the requirements & this is done to make sure all the boxes are ticked to avoid any potential issues down the line. It must be hard to strike a balance but that side of things could have been a bit warmer/friendlier. It wouldn’t put me off using them again in the future though & I can highly recommend Noah Garden Rooms.

Not a fake review!!! We faffed about with designs and nothing was too much trouble. Requoted within an hour or two. Quick delivery and fitting exactly when they said that they would. The guys were awesome and left out garden spotless and even tolerated our barking dog! Why go anywhere else excellent value at least £4000 less than anywhere else. Highly recommended!! Quality product.

Really happy with our garden room…from first visit to the showroom to the final handing over of the keys.
Sales team and build team were professional and friendly. Always responded quickly to any queries and changes we wanted.
Left the site clean tidy on completion.
The room is exactly as imagined and can’t wait to start using it. Sure to add value to our property.

Fabulous service from start to finish wonderful product

Absolutely over the moon with our Lydian apex Summerhouse, sturdy construction and made to measure to our requirements, great communication during the build process, installation day was spot on, the lads were so organised and tidy, and we love our new garden room/bar.

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent, pleasant lady when ordering the workshop and very efficient.
The two men who came to erect it were very friendly and experienced. Took 2hours to erect a 16ft by 10ft composite workshop.
Value for money .

100 % great service from Megan We had a 24ft x12 Melrose Summer House from Noah’s last month and from day 1 when we called at their showroom to have a look around and then making an order, everything went smoothly, they set up a date with the fitters and messaged us to tell us time of arrival.The lads took 3 hours and nothing was too much trouble, highly recommend them, All good. Stress feel process. Great communication. Fitter were very kind and helpful. 10 out of 10. Trust worthy company. I will they allow to pay with Klrana.

We had a 24ft shed from Noah’s last week from day 1 when we called at their showroom to have a look around and then making an order, everything went smoothly, they set up a date with the fitters and messaged us to tell us time of arrival.The lads took 3 hours and nothing was too much trouble, highly recommend them, thanks Alistair McLeod.

We’re delighted with our Ashbourne 12 x 8 composite Gym room. After allot of research we chose Noah as they offer a total “design to install” solution at a competitive price.

Overall Noah Garden Rooms have been fabulous.

We visited the showroom at the end of January and although we placed an order there and then, the experience did leave us wanting.

The showroom wasn't quite what we expected (nothing labelled, no prices visible) and the customer service a little robotic and cold, however, we really liked the product so were keen to agree a deal.

We were impressed with how much scope there was to personalise the build (for example, we were able to change the style and location of the window, which was very helpful) and the number of opportunities there were to clarify and tweak our requirements before the order was submitted to the factory.

We laid our own concrete base, which we found quite stressful on account of all the t&cs set out by Noah. There seemed to be a lot of stipulations regarding what they would and wouldn't do (more on that later) - so much so we felt the need to clarify what we were doing several times.

Installation itself was incredibly smooth and impressive. The team arrived on site at 7am and had our 8ftx8ft garden room complete by the end of the day. They worked non-stop and were very professional. The chance to personalise things continued on installation day too, as were able to choose the finish for the spotlights outside, which was a nice touch.

There was a slight error on the order as the guttering we'd requested was forgotten, however, this was rectified and fitted within the week, exactly as promised.

Overall the garden room looks fantastic and we can't wait to use it. We'll be happy to recommend Noah Garden Rooms to anyone who asks.

The only points of note we'd made are that Noah could do with making a few tweaks to the documentation used as part of the ordering process. It could be made much more simple and customer friendly. There was a ridiculous amount of t&c's to read, some of which didn't seem relevant, but you only know that once you've waded through it all. Simpler documentation would really help. However, that's a relatively minor thing. Overall, super happy:) Special thanks to the install guys!

I just can't fault Noah Garden Rooms.
From the first contact with Tilly through to delivery and assembly of my Willow workshop by Harry and Mat the whole process has been faultless, completed with professionalism and friendlyness.
I will have no problem using Noah again and would happily recommend them to anyone thinking of planning a new garden building.

Excellent customer service from Megan. Plus John & Darren who erected my new building, and needed to adjust the size onsite as it had been delivered two longer than the plan dimensions. Also a little shimming for some flatness issues. Overall a good job.

We ordered a 12x10ft Lydian contemporary summer house from Noah Garden Rooms.
Very happy with all aspects of the purchase from the customer service to the final product which is really well made and installed really well too. Can’t fault them at all and would definitely recommend. They are well priced for what you get, much better than lots of flimsy sheds and Summer houses on the market. Also liked that’s it’s made in the UK.
