I was so excited that my package finally arrived only to find out that half of it was missing. I contacted customer service late in the evening and got a reply the next day. Dave announced that one article would be sent out asap and the other would be refunded as it’s now out of stock.
I’m really happy that this was such an easy fix and was pleasantly surprised that it went that quick.

Order placed early December from Hayley Williams Shop has still not arrived or, seemingly, been shipped. No response from customer service. I expect to be refunded in full.

Placed an order on 22nd December 2025, received email confirmation. The item was meant to be shipped on 30th December. I have had no update, and I have emailed the help desk and only received AI responses that do not help. No assistance has been provided. Order HWUK7412
Poor customer service, if they didn't appear legitimate on here I would think they were a scam company.
Thought I was doing the right thing by ordering from an artists store. I will not be ordering from any Sandbag affiliated store again.

I placed an order (o/n: SPB2947) with Sandbag for a Christmas present which arrived quickly. However, I had the present recipient try it on as I was concerned about sizing and when I queried the returns windows, I only received generic FAQs which said the window was extended but not what to.
The present was too small for the recipient so I sent it back the following working day. Tracking shows it was received on 18th December, yet 3 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund to my account.
Like everyone else, I emailed a query and received their generic FAQs again, which don't help. I replied back and said I need a personal answer and reported on their website (from the bottom of the FAQs) that this reply was insufficient, but still radio silence from the company a few days later.
I allowed extra time for Christmas bank holidays but having read other, similar reviews I'm left questioning if I'll ever see my money back, and if the company are this terribly ran, or if they're scamming people.

Finally received my item on 2/02/26. Will never order anything that involves Sandbag again.

On the 23/01/26 I received an update on my order: “We’re pleased to confirm that the stock for your order has just arrived at our warehouse. Your order will now be picked and packed and will be dispatched very shortly.“ Still no sign of any tracking or an update to say it’s now been dispatched. Maybe I’ll get this Christmas to the person it was for before next Christmas. Terrible service. Terrible help-desk.
I placed an order on 11th December but haven’t received the item and haven’t heard back from Sandbag about it. I should have just ordered from HMV. I thought I was ordering from the artist website. Still waiting! So poor. Order number: HWUK7053

I realized I put the wrong shipping address on my order as soon as I placed it. I immediately went to FAQ which directed me to put in a “Contact Us” request. Under 24 hours I got a response and a solution. Great!!

Edit: I have been waiting since November for a jacket with my name on it. They sent me a plain jacket and told me they'd fix it in January. It's now the end of March and they're to the point of ignoring my emails. I will probably be seeking a refund if no one reaches out to me by the end of this week. They went from quick replies to none at all, I will be incrementally removing stars as the days progress and if I have to contact my bank I will.
Edit: I am seeking a full refund. I will never buy through this company again.
All this hassle for a thin, cheaply made, incorrectly processed, and expensive "bomber" jacket. For 80$ I could have bought a cheap Walmart jacket (better quality) and put 5$ patches on it myself.

I ordered before the recommended cut off date for Christmas delivery and still haven’t received my order all I’m getting is computer generated replies and the number given to call says to email which as I said gives generated replies and the automated message on the phone line says to leave a message but the mail box is full and then cuts off. Extremely frustrating and disappointing as this was a gift for my niece who herself chose the items that were ordered.

I ordered two T-shirts from the BCNR webshop (order BCNR18051) on October 26th. The money was withdrawn from my bank account shortly after.
On November 3rd, I received an email stating that my order had been shipped. This later turned out to be incorrect. When I contacted the company two weeks later, I was told that the order had not been shipped at all.
Since then, I have contacted the company four times. Each time, I have only received automated responses with no useful information, and there appears to be no way to contact a real person.
As of January 5th, it has been over two months since I placed the order. I have neither received the items nor a clear update, refund, or delivery estimate.
Very poor and unacceptable service.

Excellent company. My order was dispatched incorrectly. However, customer services sorted it immediately with no fuss.
What could have been very annoying turned into a positive experience.
So much so, that I made another purchase within a couple of days.

Delivery company shoved the parcel in the post box and as a result bent the packaging, meaning the vinyl was bent and damaged. I contacted Sandbag and they were quick to respond to my emails and issued a refund straight away. Thank you!

Really good customer service. I received a faulty vinyl, which was only detectable upon first play at the packaging and delivery were both perfect. Once they’d worked their way to my email through Xmas deluge, they sent out a replacement. I appreciate this kind of service and earns positive reputation ands repeat business. I really appreciate the support guys.
