They refuse to give you any information on your order, I ordered before the last recommended order dates for christmas, it's still unfulfilled and the e-mail I sent hasn't been responded to in 3 days. Worried more since it's worldwide shipping.

They respond fast, easy to use customer support. Keep up the great work, cant wait for my replacement. My record had a small error and they said they would send replacement right away, given it was the christmas holidays but would buy again, no contest.

Im sure I would get an instant reply if it wasn't for high Christmas traffic, but even though I waited couple more days I got my reply and all the information that I needed so I am satisfied.

So disappointed .. placed an order based on good reviews, sadly my experience has been very poor. Placed an order via the Ziggy Alberts shopify store a week ago and received an email confirmation, since then nothing. The money has gone out of my bank but my account is still showing ‘unfulfilled’. I’ve tried phoning the number for customer services but it’s a recorded message saying to leave a message, however the mail box is full so I’m unable to do so. I tried reaching out via email and have received two generic emails with FAQs. It seems I cannot get to speak to a human despite my best efforts. So disappointing as ordered for Christmas and a special birthday. I understand it’s a busy time for retail but if orders can’t be fulfilled then the money shouldn’t be taken. Not sure what more can do now other than take this up either my credit card provider.

I ordered an item and a week later saw it in my cart so I finished the purchase . At that time, within minutes I realized that it was a duplicate order. I emailed at least 6 times and filled out their form at least 2 times . I would revive an email stating thank you for your inquiry. Blah blah . We will get back to you in 24 hours . It took them after the item shipped ( approximately 4 to 5 days after my error. They stated that it was too late to cancel as it was in packaging .
Really!!! Within minutes !!!
Do not order from them as their customer service is horrible !

I was sent the wrong item in my recent order. I ordered a t shirt and a hat. The shirt was the correct style and size, but instead of receiving the hat, I instead got a CD, which is not what I ordered. I reached out to the customer service team twice and I got automated messages to both of those inquiries instead of a human, so I can’t get ahold of anybody to make this right. I wouldn’t be upset if I could at least talk to a human! The order number is ICP5806. I just want my hat!
UPDATE AS OF 12/31/2025: I got the correct item (the snapback hat) in the mail on 12/26. I’m glad someone reached out and made this right. However, I’m only giving 3 stars since I had to write a review for someone to get in contact with me. If I order from you guys in the future, and a problem arises, please respond to my inquiries so I don’t have to write a negative review. I do appreciate getting the right item.

Dear Sandbag,
On November 4, I purchased a Painted Woods Tote Bag. The payment was charged to my account the same day, but I have never received the item.
I have written to you three times and have only received automated replies with no meaningful content. I have also called more than 20 times, only to reach a full voicemail where it is not possible to leave a message.
At this point, I seriously question whether this company has genuine intentions. I also find it difficult to understand how Radiohead would want to expose their fans to something that borders on fraud — or, at best, shows a lack of responsibility.
I am now entering my seventh week of waiting for a gift I need before Christmas.
I expect a prompt response and a clear resolution.

When I contacted them by email I received 'We are experiencing a far higher than normal volume of queries at this very busy time of year.'

Have received email from Sandbag clarifying issue regarding delay. I'm happy that they're trying to resolve the issue

Ordered on 13 November and have had no information since then. Contacted the support several times. Initial reply states someone will be in touch within 1 working day, however after a day they just send a stock response which states they have more enquiries than usual, so to refer to FAQs. How can a frequently asked question update me as to where my order is? Just want to actually receive an update. It’s fine if the item isn’t ready or just needs to be dispatched, but after spending £115 and having no communication, it’s becoming very frustrating.
