When an error occurred to my order it was quickly corrected to my satisfaction.

I always use Woodfalls for my check-ups. Friendly, comprehensive and professional service from Annie the optician. Explains thing really clearly.
No hard sell if new specs recommended. (In my case they werent).
100% recommend from me.

The receptionists were welcoming and very helpful. Annie, the optician was very pleasant and talked me through all of the tests that she was going to do. She suggested that I purchase some sunglasses which I did. She was very professional. The staff who helped me pick out my glasses and fitted them were also very helpful.

The reception staff were efficient and friendly. The optician that I saw, Annie, had a great manner. She was welcoming as well as thorough. I felt listened to and the conversation we had was informative. I came away feeling positive and would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking to have their eyes tested.

A very thorough eye examination with all findings clearly explained. Reception staff very friendly and even made me a coffee while i waited for eye drops to take effect!

The whole team at Woodfall was very good including the receptionist. The optometrist was very good and a thorough examination of my eyes. Her attitude was very friendly, polite, professional and spoke with me throughout the examination of the various procedures. Tracey was very good and ensure that my new glasses fitted my face and the glare on my glasses were in the right place. Thanks to entire team.

Richard was absolutely amazing with his recommendations of frame styles & types of lenses that would suit me and my lifestyle, he really knew this stuff and was so helpful and charming in such a caring professional way.
The aftercare I received was second to known, Richard contacted me to make sure I was happy with the style and talked through ways to help me adjust to my new lenses,

Not my first eye exam in East Dulwich, each time I have been in i've gone for the enhanced eye examination, and must say the eye test is a thorough exam, and always given the option for the scans to be emailed to me,
