The clinical reputation and range of services offered by Woodfalls has continued to grow, our success has been due to our committed optometrists, fully qualified dispensing and contact lens opticians, optical assistants and a team of dedicated support staff.
Our practices are fully equipped with the latest in optical equipment and all of our branches offer specialist services. We have the latest OCT (optical coherence tomography) machines at all six sites, we now also offer Optomap scanning, plus The Hearing Care Partnership to provide all things audiology.

I was very clearly informed about all tests that would be done. Everything was efficient, and a lot of care was taken for my comfort. I wasn't pressed to make any changes and was allowed to choose the changes for myself.
Very helpful follow through at the Reception desk too.

The staff are all professional and kind. Reception, fitting and optician were all very good. The optician was very good at reviewing my existing eye conditions.
At no time did I feel pressured into spending on unnecessary products.
When I left I did ask staff about the RayBan META spectacles and was given the opportunity to hear about and see how they work.

The service here is exceptional
The service here is exceptional. I went for an appointment just this week and Annie was absolutely fantastic. She did the best most comprehensive eye test ihe ever had and I can’t thank her enough. Meanwhile Sana who works there has always been fantastic and really makes sure you get the glasses that are right for you. She’s so kind and helpful. This is the place to go for glasses.
