Great customer service and speed.

Running Bear have always been nothing short of excellent. The customer service, the team and the knowledge are top level. The range of items available are great. I always look forward to my visit to this place. No judgement, everyone wants to be the best version of themselves and the staff are there to help along the way.

Great first experience with Running Bear, Nantwich. Matt was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, recommend to everyone! Bought running shoes for myself and my daughter, socks too. My daughter has popped in a few times for gels etc. and everyone is so happy to help and give advice, you won’t get better service anywhere.

I went to the Running Bear in Alderley Edge because I have major problems with my feet and my podiatrist advised me to get trainers to try to alleviate the pain. The staff at the shop were so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for Shaun who helped me to choose the right trainers. He was so patient and offered invaluable expertise. I initially spoke to Matt on the phone when I rang to see if the shop could help me and he was very reassuring and I knew it was the right place to go. I will definitely be going back to the Running Bear in Alderely Edge to buy more trainers. The shoes I bought there have made a huge difference to my life. A big thank you to such a top team.

Ordered a pair of trainers and they came super quick. Unfortunately they were too small but I spoke to Matt and he put aside another pair for me. The new pair arrived immediately after they received the smaller ones back. It included a little card which is such a nice personal touch. Great customer service. Will definitely use them again.
