Have to give 5 stars as can't find fault with the shop or staff..but!
Quite new to running but thought it was time to buy a quality pair of socks and paid £15 for a pair
I have worn them twice but both times I thought my feet had caught fire after 6k...not worn them since, just disappointing.

I bought my first pair of Hoka Trainers from the Nantwich Running Bear Shop. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. I was recommended to the shop by my Physio who was treating my back. Every effort was made to make sure I had the trainers with the right support and balance. I ordered my second pair on line as I had the size and fit.

I ordered some NB Fuelcell Elite v5 running shoes with a brilliant discount, which arrived very promptly. To my surprise and delight, they were beaufifully wrapped, and accompanied by a present - a running journal! It was a lovely touch, and I was gutted that the trainers didn't fit. It was clearly pointed out on the website that the shoes ran small, with the recommendation to order half a size up, which I had missed...Unfortunately, they did not have a 6.5 and I needed them quickly for a marathon in April. I sent them back and got a refund within a day. I would definitely go back to RunningBear for future purchases!

Great service from running bear. I'm running a marathon for the 2nd time and wanted to get myself a new pair of shoes. I did the gait analysis and bought a pair of stability shoes but unfortunately having worn them for around a month, the cushioning wasn't right and it was causing a slight pain in my ankle. I spoke to the guys at running bear and they offered to do the gait analysis again and got me in a better suited fit no questions asked. Thankful for the support.

Visited the Didsbury Running Bear recently. I’m in my 80’s and still very much enjoy walking. I suffer from arthritis and needed to get some new walking shoes.
The staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and went to a lot of trouble finding the right shoe for me! I have recommended Running Bear to my fellow walking friends

Visited the Didsbury store this morning and the staff are all very friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. Nothing was too much bother for them. Came away with a new pair of HOKA Bondi 9 - very pleased. Would recommend 100%

Excellent service and quality footwear. 1 pair I ordered was out of stock, they quickly let me know and offered a refund, but assured me it would only he 5-7 days and they were right. They also dispatched the other pair immediately. Would highly recommend

The staff were helpful, and knowledgeable about my specific needs for running shoes. They also have in stock the range of products to make an informed choice.

So today I visited the store at Alderley Edge and saw Maria. I needed new ‘everything’ following a recent osteoarthritis diagnosis. I had sole implants from the hospital to try out too. Honestly I must’ve tried on 10 pairs of trainers. Her patience and expertise was second to none and I would highly recommend anyone to visit the Running Bear stores for the 1-1 service they provide. It really does feel personal to you, my second visit now and I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future. I left with hoka slides, hoka trainers and new balance trail trainers. Thanks Maria xx

Today I got lovely new Brooks Cascadia 19 trainers from the @runningbearshop in Nantwich

I also took in my New Balance X860 Road trainers for another check over, they are approaching 1000 miles!! ( yep 1000! ) and other than a replacement internal cushion sole they are still looking good, and I have it confirmed they still have life left in them! 🙌
I also took my New Balance fuel cell trainers with me, I enjoy the bounce and lightweight feel of this trainer for speedy efforts, but due to the dropped heel ( compared to my other trainers ) I felt the pull in my calf, so Zak sorted this out with a small light heel insert that just raises my heel enough to help, but doesn’t alter the sole or mechanics of the shoe….

All these trainers have been purchased from @runningbearshop Nantwich 👏 👏

Bought my first pair of running shoes from here on Sunday. They were very helpful helping me decide, we tried a few different brands to make sure I was buying the right ones.
