Excellent service. Arrived the following day. Nice little touches with handwritten note. Feels like a company who wants to look after their customers. Will use again.

The best running shop bar none
The best running shop bar none!
Knowledgeable, friendly, fair. Won't charge you the earth or sell you anything that isn't right for you. Will do a free gait analysis too. Theres a reason so many 'good' runners trust them. Check out their socials! And if you join their free FB group you even get 15% off! What's not to love about these guys!?!

Excellent service as usual from Running Bear , buying new running shoes. Lots of advice, not rushed, good range of shoes in stock
Absolutely brilliant service from…
Absolutely brilliant service from Running Bear. Great pricing and rapid despatch. Much prefer using a small, local company compared to a mass warehouse type.
I've very big feet
I've very big feet, 13/13.5, and it's difficult to get hold of shoes that fit me. Running Bear have always offered to get shoes in my size to try and they are competitively priced so I don't need to go online to buy them. I get to try them out in the store with no sales pressure. I just bought the Hoka Skyward X which they managed to acquire for me and I love it! They also do their best when they have try on sessions from different manufacturers to ask them to bring my size. This week Altra were in store and I got to try one of their trail shoes as Akeal specifically asked Altra to bring it. You just don't get that from shopping online.
Helpful and passionate running shop
Always very helpful, knowledgeable, and passionate about all things running. Running Bear is the perfect example of a running shop for runners (of any kind or experience) by runners. Whether you know what you want, or need help finding it, they can help.
Great store with a knowledgeable team…
Great store with a knowledgeable team who provided advice on trainers for my two sons. Gait analysis and multiple shoes tried on resulting in successful (and comfortable!) purchases.
Amazing how much stock can be held in a relatively compact space. Order service is quick too.
A great shop for any runner...
I have visited Running Bear many times & also bought online. I always feel confident that the product I buy will be of good quality & any advice will be appropriate. My most recent purchase was an OMM jacket, delivered promptly & with a smile (note in the package).

An excellent experience
I went for a running gait analysis in the Nantwich store and the staff were very helpful and informative, explaining as we went along what was happening and what things meant. After the analysis, I was invited to try out various pairs of running shoes. There was no obligation to buy and the whole experience was incredibly positive. I would recommend Running Bear to anyone interested in running or wanting to take up running.

The only place I get my running socks…
The only place I get my running socks from, I love their own brand ones, they last for ages and endure Scottish bogs and mountains. I buy them as Christmas gifts every year. Great service, always prompt and with a hand written note.

Disappointed because the website advertised an item which I wanted but it was two years out of date so I received an inferior product

Really great experience
A really great experience. Gait analysis, combined with a discussion about different types of running shoes and what would be best for me, based on my own running - I ended up with a pair of running shoes that were perfect for me. Can't speak highly enough.

Terrible; not for walkers
The lady I saw in Nantwich couldn't have been more disinterested. I had booked a gait analysis and she didn't even suggest that I did this. This is because I walk and do not run. I wanted something stricutred for my high arches and wide feet. I am a size 4.5-5 and she sold me a pair of 6.5 running shoes. Tried them at home and they didn't feel right, but my husband persuaded me that it was because they were new. I walked 14 miles in them a couple of weeks after.......They have made my little toes turn black and are obsolete to me, having spent over £100. I did my own research and found a pair of Brooks wide fit trainers and they are perfect. From Northern Runner who were more helpful from miles away. I do believe that gait analysis applies whether you are walking or running. If you are a walker, please do not waste your time. Thanks.
