Customer service was excellent!! They were all amazingly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I bought several items - an outdoor parasol, parasol base and parasol cover. Even though I had to return the parasol as it looked the wrong shape and size for my patio once in place, they couldn’t have been more helpful in organising the return and refund. Lovely service and products. Very happy to recommend.

Great customer service
I had ordered a couple of lamps, one had a crack at the base.
Ross in the customer services department was amazing- prompt, efficient and helpful. The lamp was replaced immediately and without quibble.
Would use this company again.

Excellent quality and reasonable prices
I recently ordered 2 medium sized table lamps. The items were delivered promptly and were well wrapped and protected. The lamps look really stunning and the quality is excellent, considering the reasonable price. I would definitely buy from Ruma again in the future.

Joe Patterson has exceptional customer service! Always responsive and resolved the issues without conflict or delay! Whilst the product didn’t quite work for my requirements, the quality of the products was great and I would order again from them. But the service from Joe is pretty much what will keep me as a future client!

Chose a couple of lampshades from your website, which was very clear and easy to use. A little leap of faith as I hadn't bought from the company before, but delighted with the shades, which are of excellent quality and arrived beautifully and carefully packaged to protect them in transit. We’ve ordered a parasol and twice the base has arrived with broken packaging and damaged inside. Customer service is very slow to respond to issue and has yet to rectify situation. Very disappointed

Parcel late and damaged
Parcel was supposed to arrive the day before we went on holiday. It didn’t arrive until we were away but my kind neighbour took it in. We’ve just arrived back from holiday to a deformed and off centre lampshade. The box was damaged at one corner. I will not be buying from Runa in the future.
