A fantastic project, bought and outdoor rug and was cautious about what the quality would be like. But needn’t have worried as it’s good enough to pass as an indoor rug too. Not at all plastic-y!

The items on the website were laid out clearly with information on size and price available at first glance, which is not always the case with other websites. The enlargements were clear and helpful in making the mind up.

Excellent service and great products. We bought our first Rugvista rug on Amazon. Liked it so much we went back to buy another - but found Amazon don't list their products anymore. So I went direct. Initially there was a problem with delivering to our address (we live on an island) but I contacted their customer support and they sorted it out straight away. After that deliery was quick and yet again the rug was just what we wanted. Definitely recommended.

Rug is stunning, reasonably priced and whole process was smooth from start to end.

Love my new jute rugs from the Elba collection!
I purchased a large rug, a runner and a smaller mat for my kitchen, and chose the blue and natural jute stripe with a cute scalloped edge.
My rugs arrived within 5 days and have added a touch of rustic charm to my country kitchen.
The rugs are beautifully stitched and feel lovely and comfortable underfoot.
I'm a 5-cat household and feel confident that these lovely rugs will be able to withstand the attention of these furry vandals!
Wonderful customer service responded to my inability to apply a discount code to my online purchase and I received a refund for the discount offered online.
I will purchase from this company again, because there are too many other gorgeous rugs to tempt me!
