What a bonus to find an online company with such exceptional service. Easy to order apart from spending hours trying to choose the right rug because they have such a great selection. Was delivered quickly which surprised me as I had ordered what I thought was an unusual size. Lovely quality with a good grip backing. Beautiful, practical rugs in with many options for shapes and sizes, including customizable sizes (at least in terms of runner length and width) . Fantastic service and excellent quality rug for the price. We ordered a rug and received it within 5 working days. The rug is of very good quality for the price. Unfortunately, the colours we chose didnt quite work for us so we decided to return it as no other model would work either. Rugette after-sales team arranged the refund promptly. We even received it before they had received the rug back!

The selection is great. There’s something for everyone. So many sizes, even sizes that are hard to find. The shipping is fast and the customer service has been impeccable. I was skeptical to order a rug on line but there no hassle return policy convinced me to go for it.
